Great to see a fellow man open to therapy! I've been engaged in therapy a few times in my life and always found it helpful, and also now work in mental health services (UK).

It's been interesting, my Mum works in that field so I've always been aware of it and the benefits, but never tried it myself. Has been quite eye opening!
Well it's all great to encourage going to therapy and such, I heard of quite a lot of complaints and drama regarding Betterhelp, so while the message is good, the company isn't.
something to note though is that BetterHelp do have a pretty dodgy track record

As a Welshman living in North Wales this video made me happy! Although, hearing some of the pronunciations of the team names made my ears hurt 😂 not a bad effort on most though!
Regarding tour Andorra comment, I have an interesting challenge for you. In 1941, during World War 2, and the German annexation of Austria, the world saw how an Austrian club, Rapid Vienna, won the German Bundesliga. So, how about doing something similar in the modern world in peace time? There are a few countries in Europe that have teams that compete in another country's league system instead of their own, some of them from rather weak footballing nations playing in the league system of very powerful footballing nations.
So, the challenge would be you take charge of one of these teams, win promotions until you reach their top tier league, and win a championship (and later the Champions League if you want to make the challenge more interesting).
The candidates for this challenge would be:
Futbol Club Andorra (not to be confused with Andorra Club de Fútbol), an Andorran club that plays in the Spanish League system.
ASD Victor San Marino, which as you might have guessed is a club from San Marino, that plays in the Italian League system.
Or, if you want to go the other way around, FC Büsingen is a club located in German territory, but that it plays in the Swiss League System.
Another interesting challenge would be to win the UEFA Champions League using a team of the only European country where Football is NOT the most popular sport: Lithuania. Take a Lithuanian club, and build it into a great team that can dominate the Lithuanian football league and eventually win the Champions League. (The most popular sport in Lithuania would be Basketball in case anyone was wondering.) Extra points if you do this one with Futbolo klubas Kauno Žalgiris. A club in Lithuania that practices multiple sports, being one of the powerhouses of Lithuania's national basketball league, having won multiple titles in Lithuania, Europe, and even the Basketball Club World Cup. But their football team not even winning a national title even once.

Reading your comment made me think about FC Vaduz from Liechtenstein. They play in the Swiss league syatem because they don't have a domestic league so making them great would be awesome
or win a European Competition with a non european side like French Overseas Territory clubs who can play in the Coupe De France

something tells me their regional divisions got messed up
My favourite one was playing with a level 12 database in FM10. Managed to get Epsom Athletic into step 4 of non league and ended up in the Northern Premier League regional divisions 😂

A good video idea would be the Finnish league (Veikkausliiga). Teams could work FC Haka, it's a bit of a sleeping giant in Finland. Haka has won a total of 9 Finnish championships, the last of which is from 2004, and 12 Cup championships, the most recent of which is from 2005.
A fun fact is that Haka's audience record is from a match against Liverpool.
Audience record: 33217 (FC Haka-Liverpool FC, Helsinki Olympic Stadium 2001)

I saw Chirk play at Porthmadog at the beginning of the season. Their goalkeeper got sent off and had to have an outfield player in net because their bench was so small. I can see why they're struggling

being from north wales (near prestatyn) this will be interesting, did a 20 year save with prestatyn town and got 2 runner up medals in the champions league but no wins :(

Please do a rebuild in Belgium(Standard Liège in 1st division, Seraing or Beerschot in 2nd division or if you get mods for 3th or 4th tier, Eendracht Aalst(No fundings and fight between players in the canteen before the eyes of some youth players happened last month)

I've got you a challenge, do BGL League (Luxembourg) for CS Fola Esch. The team used to be champs but now they team is in financial trouble and rock bottom of the league. Luxembourg is on the development in football with almost qualifying for Euros in Germany. Would be interesting if you can win UCL with them :)

I think Tom should start a new Series in Rebuilding the New Worst League in Europe. The Macedonian First League is Among the worst leagues in Europe and probably in the world just ahead of the Montenegrin leagues, San Marinian, etc... I think you should Rebuild a fallen giant of the league like FK Vardar or a club with an Insane academy in the past like Belasica which at one point had 10 of 11 starting players being from their academy (back in the early to late 2000's). I think you should Rebuild Belasica with young players only or Academy ballers just to make it a tiny bit more difficult or you could overshadow that idea completely and just rebuild the clubs.
You should continue this and see if you can conquer more of Europe and further increase the coefficient points to raise the league

Do regens still work the same way as they do in the old games? Waiting for e.g. Ryan Giggs to retire then searching for a teenage Welsh AML was my go to strategy.

As a slovenian i have to say that you should do an Olimpija rebuild (or škofja loka but im guessing fm dose not allow for league 3 west)
You'd need a mod to do it, but doing something similar with Ft William would be fun, though may come too soon on the heels of another Scottish rebuild.
I remember Loki Doki doing Fort William. That was definitely a memorable save.

Yep, 'll' is one letter in the Welsh alphabet and is pronounced closest to a c. So Llandudno is pronounced "clan-did-no" 😆

From Cardiff, it is quite strange to see a FM video that somehow isn't about Cardiff, Swansea Newport or Wrexham. Also, W and Y are vowels in the Welsh language for anyone trying to pronounce the team names.
