It can definitely work with the 3421! Just set the LM and RM to wingers, then keep everything else the same. I just found the 523 to be much better defensively. The wingers in the 3421 don’t always drop deep enough in defense. But it’s up to you to decide which you prefer!
Ah then I think the 3421 would be best for you. It has CAMs instead of wingers like the 523. So since you aren’t playing, it’ll play more faithfully with the AI in charge. Hope that helps!
