Now that is a shiny, shiny, thing of beauty Billy Boi 👍 absolutely lovely! It'll be the main topic of conversation when you're having your evening cocoa in the residents lounge, or when you go to the GS club in Starbucks. 👍 Aren't the rear wheels supposed to be on the other way?
There are videos showing how to stop the lock rattling, one way is to remove the top middle drawer & fix a zip tie around it. There are other ways as well 🤟
I have the original 55" stainless version of this when it was spec'd with 2 full width bottom drawers (which you can no longer get hold of). I use it in a HGV main dealers. It really isn't upto the task, welds have broken and it sags, trapping the the lower drawer. In a home garage setup it would be fine. They're just not built that strong for what they are. I also gave the SGS service cart, which was half the price and soo much better quality. Bit odd really.
Hi, you are the second of two reviews that have found dings upon delivery. The first reviewer stated further damage under its own weight due to very thin sheet metal being used to construct it. Have you been happy with it, I think it has been a year since you uploaded this video.
@ hi, thanks for getting back to me. The damage upon receipt could be blamed upon poor handling during shipping, I was concerned that the other reviewer reported the same. One thing he did report was it didn’t seem fit for purpose in that the weight and normal operation led to further damage/distortion due to such thin sheet metal being used in the construction. Have you found any issues similar to this?
@@billy4rockshi, thanks for your reply. I was just rewatching your video and was wondering what they mean by repacking to return, I imagine that would be a right chore if. Not impossible 😡.
You can see how thin the steel is. The refelctions are all over the place and where the upright divider joins the frame is completely deformed. I have seen a lot of bad reviews of these and bulk aftermarket sales of bent and damaged units, so I think they are cheap chinese imports significantly marked up for people who think they are getting a bargain.
I just noticed, i put the wheels on the wrong way round...what a complete end of a bell.
Yeah you did, l was wondering the hole video if you would mention this🤣. Like the wooden top on it. Your garage looks nice.

@ no problem, no issues in regards to normal use, i have nothing heavy either on it, or in it though.
@@billy4rocks Cheers.

I'd be looking for a 50 percent discount for that damage. Will be hard for them to resell.
Hey, i'm looking to get a new tool box for myself and I'm curious how this box has held up after 10 months and if it's actually worth it?
Still going strong no issues, itd be worth it even more if they offered me more than £25 for the issues though.
Looking at getting this box, do you know if deep sockets fit upright in the top draw?
@@simonmills2780 in the top draw, no definitely not.
@@billy4rocks cheers buddy, I though that might of been the case, it does look fairly shallow
@@simonmills2780 no worries 🙏
@@billy4rocks so deep sockets would have to go in the 4th draw down?
@@samjames1874 yes.

Going on a summer trip this year?
Nothing big this year, just lots of camping hopefully
@@billy4rocks every trip is an adventure 😊
@@toby7504 i might just dogging if im honest.
25 smackers the cheap skates. It is a thing of booty and the wheels look perfect to me. 😊
Yeah there alright as they are, i have no intention of moving it around anyway.
I think you put the back wheels the wrong way round 🙈
Check pinned comment! 😬😬 im a pea-nas. 😂
Roberto Flack :-) 🙈🙉🙊
The rattle can be cured, look on here.
Cheers, i will. 🙏
