@@koryclarke1991 I think it was cancer. Just like a lot of us musicians from the ‘80’s, they played a lot of bars and nightclubs where the air was blue with cigarette smoke. Just like EVH and DIO.
They sounded way better as a heavier band, ditching most of those keyboards.
I miss him too he had an amazing voice and Shy was ome of my favorite bands and he was the singer for TNT for awhile

I just heard about Tony's death... Another amazing voice that was taken from us too early.

Hands down my favorite song of the whole Glam Metal 80s days. Not necessarily my favorite band; there were definitely bands who were more consistent, with loads of greats songs and albums, but this one particular song just has everything that I love about Metal. If this has been the only song they ever recorded, it would be enough for their legacy.

I was in Austria foe few weeks and my Cousin wanted some money, so the ass stole some CDs from the Music store and sold them to me...there was 'Excess All Areas"..... I bought all the Records and since them I lOVED Shy...what a great band and record
