Hey TK! Would this work for B2C? I can understand doing the math for B2B and creating a revenue number and setting an average deal size for a company that has a set average deal size as you projected in the example in your video. If you can touch up on this, that would be appreciated
The principles apply with some subtle nuances since you won’t have sales people but will likely have an e-commerce funnel.

How does this work for B2B hardware business? We are a Li-ion battery supplier to Electric Vehicle Manufacturers. Given the manufacturers(customers) are limited(around 10 in India), does anything change in the framework except the math?
