Hi Melani, I've seen your comment under a few of Henry's videos and I know you eventually landed a PMM role! Congratulations! if you don't mind, I would appreciate it if you told me a little bit about your background (what you were transitioning from) your roadmap into PMM, and where you are now. It would mean the world. I guess I am just looking for a sounding board for my own journey. Great summary of a go to market strategy! Would love you to go deeper on a) how to come up with value props and content b) how to analyze the ROI for various channels. E.g. amongst paid channels, which is generally the most effective or is the answer always "it depends, and you have to try it for your specific case?"

Goal: sign ups of dating app
Success metric: 100K sign up in 3 months
4 paid channels:
1. YT paid ads -
a. Video ads in the break for free users
b. 15K target
2. YT influencers -
a. Script for top influencers related to dating/love life
b. 30K target
3. Google paid search ads -
a. When people search dating/singles/etc. we show up In the results
b. 40K target
4. Insta story "swipe up" ads -
a. Image ad
b. 15K target

great question! at that point you need to evaluate your launch and figure out what's not working and explore new channels to test/run. it can be a messaging issue or a channel issue
