2 Quick questions here:
1) The first 100 clients - let’s say we have a working MVP but not a sales ready product, how should we charge 20-50k?
2) Idea validation - What metrics do we need to look at early on? For example, number of people who said yes to do free pilot test? How many? Let’s say if we are after mid-market folks and average deal size to start is around 20k.
Appreciate you answering, and can’t wait to see the next videos!
1/ you should charge as much as possible commensurate to the value your initial product delivers.
2/ you’ll want to look at Activation, Retention and Conversion.

Awesome as usual TK. One question though, how did you know (or figure out) that sales people were hanging out on LinkedIn (and more specifically groups)?
We were lucky. At that time LinkedIn was making a big push around social selling and getting salespeople to engage.

I agree w/ everything he said until he started advising "influencers". I'm sorry I think that whole group is complete human waste. They aren't celebrities (even they aren't worth buying from) and they're just people. Honestly can someone tell me why people give them money to "help" them?
You're a tech guy... Why are you wasting papers for those explanations? You can do it on an iPad or some tools
