Congress and senate have built in term limits. It is called the will of the people by our vote. However, a senators term could be shortened to 4 years. Whereas a congress persons is already a mere 2 years. If a person is going a great job for their district or state, then the people can reelect them. If they are doing a horrible job then the people can elect someone else. The issue is more with the extremely gerrymandered republican districts throughout the country. This has perverted the election process and our democracy so that We the People can not remove bad republicans from our system when they are working to serve their theocratic and corporate masters over We the People. That is fixed by ending gerrymandering. Not by term limits in a democracy.

In my country, Canada, Supreme Court justices are held to very high standards, as it should be. Rules stipulate that "A judge holds office ... until he or she retires or attains the age of 75 years, but is removable for incapacity or misconduct in office before that time by the Governor General..."

Actually, the SCOTUS has proven quite useful for the extreme right-wing agenda. They overturn Roe v. Wade declaring the Constitutional didn't specifically spell out a right to privacy or abortion. They then ruled the president above the law, though you won't find the word "immunity: any where in the Constitution.

This very valid. I wouldn't say it's necessarily completely accurate for this case. Regarding these current individuals on the Supreme Court, criminals should be regarded as criminals. If they're making illegal decisions, acting outside the constitution, that's criminal activity. This calls for judicial review and removal. They should simply not be there at all, term limits or not.

Supreme Court justices nominated and confirmed to single 12-year terms, staggered in groups of three every four years. Each administration would have the opportunity to appoint three justices.
Senate: limit to two 6-year terms.
House: limit to four 2-year terms.
These are limits I could live with.

I about threw up when she said that the Supreme Court judges can accept "all this free stuff" while the rest of our government has to be very transparent. Give me a break. The way she presents it, our government is the epitome of moral virtue and ethics EXCEPT FOR THE SUPREME COURT JUSTICES (of course, they mean Thomas and Alito). I am not buying that for a split second.
