do some type of deep breathing exercise like long inhale nd exhale for 4-5 min.

That's an excellent tip which you gave at the end. Simple breathing exercise for 5 min drastically calms your body furthermore improving your mind strength. I too do that first thing in morning (tip - Don't EVER touch your phone first) and it has helped me a lot :)

1.power nap 30 to 40 min before workout
2. Pre workout meal high in protein and also some carbohydrates (before 1 hour )
3. Caffeine or Green tea (20 to 25 min before workout )
4. Warm up for 20 min (Don't do higher stretches)
Do dynamic Warm up .
5. Do planning of workout .
But what if the workout plan is early morning I mean I used to go by 8 or 8.30 am, so I didn't require shirt nap right?
I used to woke up at 6 and consume meal by 7 am

1. Take a short nap (30-45)min before workout
2. Take protein reach meal before workout (1-1.30) hours before
3. Pre-workout [take Caffeine] Black coffee (20) min earlier
4. Proper Warmup (dynamic warmup) .. and cool down streches after work out

My schedule is same, after returning from school at 1.30 pm, I have my lunch and go to sleep at 4 pm. Wake up at 5 and now I'm in gym.

Workout se pehele sirf milk le liya karo ya fir empty stomach kiya karo aur agar possible hai toh jo jeet sir ne bola voh try karo .

I do morning workout usually 6:30 to 8:00 and i wakeup around 5:15 to 5:30 and here is my questions:
1. As per your first suggestion, i don't need nap. So this is fine any issue let me know
2. When i should take my pre workout meal
3. When i take coffee or green Tea
4th an 5th I understand and will follow you suggestions. You help will guide me else i might be doing things incorrectly

If someone works out in morning,just after waking up,then it's not possible to take a meal before workout.
Yes it's possible. Tried and tested. Started my day around 6 - 6:15 am. And after the daily morning routine, had a light meal of a roti and chicken or fruits or milk, cereal and a small portion of whey protein. Started warm-up around 7:45, and workout at 8; till 8:30 am. Uske baad protein shake aur breakfast. All done by 10 - 10:30 am max. :)
2 to 3 times a week..
