    Hi sir, My background check is completed and is green and after 1 year my company forcing me to register in NSR which i said i wont. But they are torturing me. Its my liberty and asked them to show if its written in the labour laws. Where should I raise the concern. Can i go to court in this regard? Please explain me.

      It depends on how much time you have at your hand to argue with your company. Labour Law also allows company to form certain rules to remain in business. So unless you understand the Labour law correctly you are just wasting your time. Also words like Forcing, Torturing are very strong words. Please understand that they will just say fine if you don't register then you will have to quit the company. Or they will not move you ahead in their career. First decide whether you need this company for your job or not. Because for the company if you go there are 10 people ready to take your position. Do you have 10 companies ready to hire you if you leave this company? My simple advice is dont argue with your company it does not help. If you dont like something in your company then leave it and go somewhere else. That is your freedom.

      If company Insists ask them to send e-mail , you keep it for you reference & reply with your personal mail in CC if you donot want to register ; then you are safe to some extent .

    Hi sir i joined in bpo company as apprentice they said till 1 year we will not create esi pf i informed them due to night shift i am facing health issues so i can't able to serve notice period, i worked there for 1 week and i quit they said for health reasons also we will mark as abscond for apprentice how they will abscond me sir? For job only they can abscond me for apprentice??I am going to join in another it company is there any problem sir no PF created

    hi sir Its been a one month that i joined TCS however due to some false commitment by recruiting consultancy I want to leave the organisation rather abscond. I am getting good offer with another employer is it fine if do not mention anything about TCS. would there be any problem with background check with future employers

      If TCS puts you on Black List and other company also looks at that then it is a problem. If you have a bond in TCS after absconding they may take legal action. It depends on how much adventure you want in life. Or how much courage you have that you will overcome everything without a losing your mental peace. The chpice is yours.

    Hi, Sir I have absonded XYZ company and it's my first company so, UAN number has been created by the same company after that I joined other company and not taking pf deduction in current company so, just because of UAN number can I get challenges in future if I will not showing my absconded company in my resume. Please guide me the solution.

      Remember that the HR deals with 1000s of candidates. They will hardly remember you.

      As I mentioned. First when you are playing the Corporate Game then you have to play by their rules. Just like any other game like Cricket or Football. If you dont play by the rules then you will face problems. Sometimes the problems maybe just your guilt or mindset. It is easier to complete the notice period and take a proper exit from a company then get blacklisted. But even if you are blacklisted will only be a problem when you focus on that. If you focus on your skills and the work you do then there is no problem.

    I am Persuing MCA online mode, and I recently joined a microfinance company as cashier (3 months worked)but because of my studies I can't able to handle both studies and job . So I resigned+absconded for that microfinance company recently. But I wanted to do job in IT industry as software engineer, how to I handle this situation , how to i get out of this shit 🥺 , I am really worried about future employment opportunities.
    Can I convince the HR about this all thing , can I say true before they do background verification. Can I show them Health issue letter or something ? Is it possible ...

      You dont need to show Micro Finance because it is not relevant to IT. You can start as fresher in IT.

    Recently my HR blackmailed me that he will blacklist me if I leave company, even I completed the notice period, what action should I take agaist them.

      If you already have a job offer in hand you can go ahead. Also nobody can blackmail you if you completed the notice period. There is no blacklist database. Be confident of your skills. If you have skills that are good companies will ignore what your last company said to you. Be calm and tell them calmly that you completed all formalities and that you dont have any dues. So you are going. Whatever they say listen and walk away.

      Yes, they will come to know. Experience has no meaning if you dont have skills. You may not be able to crack the interview. If you have skills then you don't need any fake exp.

    I have signed one year service agreement with Infosys..... I have completed only one month of my training.....now I am not able to do continuous work in front of computer as it is affecting my eyesight and I have started having continuous headache becoz of this..... I want to leave this company......what should I do.....I have nothing to pay the bond amount....help me

      Take a break of 5 mins after every hour. Also see if you can use a Screen Gaurd. Reduce the brightness of the Monitor. See if it helps.

    Hi Sir, I have watched your video but I have still question. Actually I have worked in 3 organization where there is no NSR. It was the corporate BPO companies. So I have TCS offer letter (IT Dept) for that I need NSR and where I have not mentioned any experience in my resume because it was not relatable experience. So for the NSR registration Do I need to mentioned these companies information in my past employment section? If I mention it does it will affect my current TCS employment? Is is mandatory to mention this past experience?

      Is TCS asking for NSR? Even if your last company is BPO and if you have properly quit that company by following a proper process for leaving the company. Then you can mention that company. Your BPO work has nothing to do with your TCS job so it should be fine.

      Bro for me also same doubt I also worked in bpo and bda in edtech company now I got the ol from tcs . In resume I also not mentioned any exp as a fresher I applied .so in nsr we have to keep the previous employment details or not .if u understand means plz reply bro

      If you are experienced then it might be a problem with BV..

    I resigned an organisation with 7 days paid the final settlement amount now after almost an year they mailed the calculated service agreement amount which includes training amount but i resigned on the first day of training so it was discussed that training amount will be waived off as negotiated now they added all that am working for another organisation now what should i do can they Balck list my nsr if i don't pay this amount

      It is better to be clear than regret later. Remember you signed a contract which must have clearly mentioned this amount.

    My degree is not recognized but was verified in bgv and that company also hire undergraduate. My background verification failed cause of degree not ugc recognized. Will they blacklist as my offer stands null and void Or can i try again as a undergraduate?

      You can try as an undergraduate. While you also get a degree online from available options. When you dont have a degree but your skills are good then go for startups or smaller companies where they dont care about your degree. Then after experience you can move ahead even without degree.

    hi sir I was working with a company which has 2 years of agreement, and that company has nsr register, due to serious medical issues I left this company after mailing my doctor prescription and my health condition photograph, and they terminate me will it affect my career for next job?I left this company due to chronic urticaria disease and staff stop sitting besides me because it's very serious skin allergy problem..

      No not really. Don't worry about NSR, just refresh and refine your skills. Try to connect with all your references and try to get back to a job as soon as possible.

    Sir I have registered for NSR and generated the IT pin for a company but I didn't join that company and now I am joining another company so Do I have to register for new NSR?

      I am not sure if you will be able to register for another pin. The point of NSR is to track applicants. So i doubt if that is possible unless you change your phone number and also your email.

      You have to read your contract. Remember your comtract is between you and your company. It is not a Grpup Contract. So you read it carefully and decide.

    Sir I'm in provencial period and i have given them written and also mailed resignation. But due to the bad behaviour of manager toward me i walked out out of the company without holding any assets of theirs but they are threatening me they will blacklist , but i don't want to go to a place were there is no self respect. But i have submitted my resignation and walked sir will they possible to blacklist

      Yuvraj, it depends on what you have signed. Remember you are not working for the Manager. You are working for the company. You must have signed the employment contract. What you have agreed to you need to check. Exits are always painful. But employees need to be tactful. Otherwise it can impact your career. Since you have already done this you have to move on without worry.

      No. But it depends totally on your honesty and authenticity. You have to communicate properly. If you just decide not to join without informing then it is not correct.

      If you dont follow the resignation process then you will not get a reliving letter. When you apply in the next company they will do a back ground check and ask your previous company. If you dont show this company on your resume and you have a gap then you may have to explain. Above all your own guilt may interfere with your growth in your career.

      No. The entire industry does not follow it. But why not be on safer side and follow the rules so that you have a smooth career. Finally your attitude and skills are imp for making a career. So why not preserve a good attitude towards work.
