what i do every weekend to escape my boring 9-5

So there are a few different things that have really helped me become a more productive person (not that I'm a pro or anything lol);
a behaviour checklist keeps me accountable and helps me stay focused, similar to the accountability mirror. I put all the habits I should do (that are hard to do) onto a peice of paper and every evening i either tick the box or cross it out, it highlights areas of weakness in my life and just a great way to make progress. Lastly, treating information like food for the brain has been a game-changer for me. I have an awful habit of just scrolling when I'm facing a challenging piece of work in front of me, being more aware of the content I consume and how it impacts my thinking patterns gives me more of a reason to stop wasting time and feeling like a loser lol.
