So many people have gone through their life thinking they were stupid because they couldn't understand mathematics, but what you have shown us is; the problem was with the teacher, not the student.
Thank you for your clear and concise explanation of mathematical concepts we were never taught in school, and for making us realise we were not stupid, we simply weren't taught correctly.

I get students often in their late teens and mainly teach life maths - wages, taxes, loans, %, etc.
It always bothers me so many students have been made to feel alienated from maths - like they are not welcome. I can only imagine the defeat they have felt on a daily basis.
      Your comment means a lot.

Nice strategies for sure! Very efficient way to explain! Great job! Many students will save and time when they multiply two digit numbers like this.

Another good one. I was just thinking about your channel this morning when I was planning a long distance drive. I was trying to work out how much quicker I'd be driving at 80mph (illegally!) than sticking to the legal limit of 70mph. The journey was a few hundred miles or so, but that wasn't totally relevant, I was just trying to consider a quick way of working with per hour/minute calculations. I couldn't think of one!

Hello, your videos are really great😀! Learning and enjoying tricks in my 30s and sharing ur videos with kids in schools and colleges.
I have two requests or suggestions, it would be great if u consider them.
    1. Pls add subtitles in english too, not all people are native English speakers. It would be easy to follow while you speak.
    2. Please put a more descriptive title or description. For e.g you have multiple videos for easy multiplication tricks but they have different rules or fall into different category of numbers. Like this video clearly tells the trick is for number in twenties! 😊

    How come?
    Here's the logic:
    That's basically like (x+a)(x+b) where the x is 20.
    And the x times 3 times: x.x; x.a; x.b.
    That will become like (x+a+b)x
    Like the example 26x23
    That will be like (20+6)(20+3)
    That's how you find 29x20, from (x+a+b)x --> (20+6+3)20
And the last is (a.b) which is 6x3, like how you do with (x+a)(x+b)

It can be applied on 30's if you multiply by 30, and maybe others as well on the same principle.

Very clever, but I really think that I could arrive at the answer faster by punching the numbers into a calculator than I could by carrying out these mental manipulations.

Found most pretty easy to follow, but this one takes the same time as the way i am already used to..so this one isn't that different in time.
I am however trying to remember if your voice is from one of those travel show's or someone I used to work with a few year's back.
Tall slim and initials are BP.
Your voice is very familiar though.

Maybe if you train a little bit with this method you will do it faster than with the other one. I really liked this method. (But in order to be fast I will have to practice...). May the force be with you, friend! :)
