Just came across your channel I usually make lasagna for New Year’s . I’ve got this in my crockpot right now!! Can’t wait till it’s done. It looks amazing. I did use my own home made sauce recipe and blend of ricotta cheese. The only thing different I do to my ricotta cheese blend is I add, chives , pepper. and more eggs. I actually have a really big crockpot so I used a container and half of the ricotta. Just wanted to say, This is a great idea. Cuz you can just put it in and forget it. Go on with your day or run errand. Thank you for sharing.
Excellent recipe. I'll have to try Lasagna in the slow cooker. I simmer my sauce uncovered for an hour and a half this allows the acidity to escape from the tomatoes. Just add a little water a few times while simmering, and stir.
