Yes, use oil on the sheet of tin foil that's going in the oven. I don't know about you guys but I'd rather not start a fire in my oven. Use the spray. Not olive oil... 😂🤷♂️🤯
I made this last night and I think my boyfriend was about to explode. I usually don’t care for a pork and beef mixture, but I tried it anyway and it was fantastic. I used spicy pork and ground beef. This came out perfect. I’ve tried watching other channels and I CANNOT get into the videos like I can with yours. You make everything so easy and you make me feel more confident. Thanks, AB!
Foil: Shiny side up, dull side on food. If you don’t want foods like melty cheese to stick to the foil, I spray the foil lightly with non-stick spray (like Pam). Works perfectly every time!
I like boiling my lasagna noodles as well, but the other version (ready to assemble/cook) are definitely a game changer and lessens the cook time. I've been using italian sausage (both sweet and spicy, removing it from the casing) and a ground beef mixture as well. I also like a chunkier sauce, so as I am sauteeing the ground meats, I add chopped sweet peppers, onions, and some other veggies (tomatoes, carrots, spinach, mushrooms) I may have on hand. I combine that with a nice chunky sauce that I make. I like using fresh mozzarella as well and adding some provolone is a nice addition. Classico is a great jar version and adding the dry seasonings takes it up a notch. Thanks for sharing your recipe.
Not only do I look forward to your delicious recipes, but most importantly I just look forward to basically hanging out with you and occasionally Mr. Make it Happen! I love y'all's personalities, knowledge, and vibes. ✌

You're my go to guy when I'm looking for some pointers on ANY. I love making lasagna too. One suggestion, before putting on the foil, lightly spray it with cooking spray to ensure the cheese won't stick. You can also place toothpicks on top of the lasagna, than cover with the foil. The spray tip is great! However, the foil can go either way, that's straight from Reynolds. It's simply from how they roll press the foil.
