Hi @staxwell much appreciate the content, as I'm trying to learn this deck. Are both versions of the deck, especially Spectra still good without Tome? And how would a build look like today without it?
thank you so much for this video, im not a prism player myself but this helped me understand what they are trying to do and i might be able to combat it. hard to get into this game as a new player when there are so many heroes and play patterns
I am a very new player, but of all the heroes, Prism and Boltyn spoke to me the most, so I built them. Really appreciate this video as someone who really wants to go SUPER DEEP into Prism. She is definitely a harder hero for a new player, but I welcome the challenge!
Started with Victor and built some shells for Prism and Boltyn. Victor seems really weak right now and everyone says Boltyn is so bad I will quit if I play him and Prism is just a less good Enigma, but these heroes are so cool to me. Levia also but same applies. A lot of effort to do similar things to newer heroes
Literally same. Before, I'd only occasionally played the precon blitz decks with some friends, but my first CC deck had to be Prism after looking at all the heroes out there. She just seemed the coolest and would (eventually) satisfy my Timmy brain lol
In the zen match up? I take out a soul shield. This is because I typically dont block a lot vs zen and he doesn’t attack for 6 often so sometimes I am forced to go under rate in soul shield
Interesting and informative rundown, even after the book burnings! Playing this on Wednesday, borrowing the deck from a friend, I'm usually a Vynnset main, so it feels like the bully will become the bullied here aha. Thoughts on Dissolve reality? Seems like disruption is heavily positioned and required at the moment.
When I was first getting into prism there was a lot of talk around Oliver phis hybrid iris/lag list. Is that still a viable strategy or is this more straightforward now?
I think if the format was slower with warriors and guardians it would be viable. Iris is only really good vs those classes and they just are not popular at the moment.

I would now play a switchboard. play iris of reality over any ALS loop gameplan. No tome makes the loop too difficult to set up.
Take out Tomes and gamblers
Put in 3 shimmers and iris
@@TCG_Staxwell Does this mean you'd get rid of Luminaris to play Iris? I thought the entire deck needed Luminaris to be strong

@@th3darkn1ght6 hope to acquire the marvel angels some day :)
As a struggling Prism main this is the Bible I’ve been looking for
Made my day with that comment, thank you Jonathan! 🫡
Also, Merciful Retribution deals damage when your Frailty, Ponder, Bloodrot, etc pop
Great video (and decklist).
What are you taking out when you sideboard Figment of Judgment in?

Awesome video dude. Congrats on day 2
Thank you Mr. Bodingles!
I've been having a lot of luck with great library in prism
I may have been a but harsh on the fabeleds in this video but I think they’re bith quite good and only narrowly missed being in the list
thanks!
what match ups do you choose either modes of play?
I'm watching the video 8 hours after posting, is Zen still good?
Unfortunately, yes

Should have finished the video 😅thanks!
love this list going to try it on tali and then run it in armory tomorrow
Now we need that blitz jank againt the odds gameplay :)
I think Light of Sol is incredibly powerful. One of the best cards in the deck and not optional imo. The average value on pitching it is +1.3
You know what, I will test it more. I may have not given it a fair enough shake
All said and done, but Dash IO just dominates…..absolutely dominates Prism. Can’t seem to shake the 3 boosts per turn…can’t keep up.
what the hell is a muhragee
Guy who trained the karate kid
Please stop saying miragee
That is how its pronounced! The card is named after the man who trained the karate kid???
That was Mr Miyagi
I'm not sure which of these three legendary comments I'm laughing the most at but I can't stop
