I have to disagree with your number 1. The new X-Men ‘97 Wolverine is superior despite being so similar. First off, it has all pinless joints. Second, they were able to make the butterfly joints EXTREMELY smooth and take advantage of their FULL range as a result, where past wolverine figures had very tight butterfly joints after the halfway point. The shoulder covers also offer better movement. The masked head sculpt is also, to me, the BEST Wolverine masked head as I’ve always just loved this particular style. The unmasked head is different from previous Wolverine’s but I still really like it. Plus I thought it was awesome they included regular fists as well as the cowl to put around his neck when unmasked, just like the love triangle Wolverine. The claws are also really cool, if you are a fan of the CLASSIC Wolverine claw style with the covers on the back of his hands. They have been perfectly straight on my figure since day one and have stayed that way even after being in a pocket for long periods of time. I have numerous Wolverine figures as he’s my favorite character and this Wolverine is EASILY the best, and I’m saying this despite the recent retro card version being my favorite outfit for Wolverine (and was my previous favorite by a LONG way).
The only thing the new 97 Wolverine has that I like is the new Unmasked headsculpt, otherwise it's largely the same mold as the VHS Wolverine but with the new trunk and no shading. The biggest reason why I decided to skip on 97 Wolverine is the lack of angry head, how can you have a wolverine without the angry head?

I think the more expressive head sculpts of the love triangle Wolverine go a long way for me. 97 has an amazing unmasked head but the masked head is very bland. The adamantium claws on 97 are superior to love triangle, but the latter also had bone claws which is a massive W. Overall I think it’s neck and neck between the two. It just comes down to preference. I’ll admit I absolutely adore 97 Wolverine, but I didn’t want recency bias to play a huge role in my decision. Give me about 6 months and I’ll make my definitive choice
Great list. I need to get my hands on a Nightcrawler. I just replaced my retro carded Gambit with X-Men '97 and head swapped with the Gambit from the Banshee, Psylocke 3pk. It looks great!!!

(i maybe would switch out domino with corsair, or banshee, psylocke would be on my list if mine wasnt broken) i dont know where they rank personally. that cyclops is top notch for me as is beast. the love triangle wolverine was my minds eye wolverine for a long time. but i just got the 97 wolvie today and that unmasked head for me takes the cake. and the molded trunks are nice too! wolverine was never my fav but after picking up this figure im finding myself falling in love with him all the same.
My problem with some of the Wolverine figures is the claws . I love the claws in the X-Force , Powers of X , fire claws ( as close to Astonishing as we have ) and the new 97 fig . The cheap wobbly loose claws on the triangle , juggernaut , and many others drive me nuts .

I hope that they bring all of the characters from the fox movie versions of the x-men to the MCU and what I mean by that is bring the actors who played the characters from the fox movies cos in my opinion the actors were the perfect choice to play the characters so I hope they will bring the characters and also the actors after Deadpool 3 and maybe they could fit them into the other movies with the infinity stone that Deadpool used in the comics the continuity stone the seventh infinity stone
You got rid of your other figures of Cable after buying the Sasquatch wave one ? I just can't do that . I love the Juggernaut wave Cable more . The new Zabu wave Cable is better . That's just my opinion. I have sold most of my Toybiz figures . Once Hasbro does a version of a character that Toybiz did I sell off the Toybiz versions . I only have so much space .

I don't like the Mohawk Storm. We got 3 Storm I like last year. I turned level 1 Mutant Morph into an Original Character, level 4.5 Mutant Questar with a headswap! So the X-Men got the better deal with a much more powerful character.
Cool list but very biased. I would switch Beast with Logan and Cable with Gambit. Gambit figure in Hasbro edition really suck. it's just decent. Still thanks for sharing.

#10 Dom costume, to me, looks awful-clownish some may say.
