I don't care what anyone says I'm this man's biggest fan I tried to mimic his voice all my years of singing this guy's voice is unmatchable! He has the most beautiful voice! I was so jealous! He is bye far my most favorite singer! Even in my 50s
Always said Knights of the new thunder and tell no tales is two of the best hard rock albums of the 80’s. Now I’m almost 50 YO and I still think they are so! After watching this interview I realize Tony is a sweet sweet man. I meet Tony and the guys from TNT in 1987 at Hellerudsletta when they just released tell no tales.., I was so starstrucked and I was just 12 YO. Then I went to the nearest hotel and met Mick Box and the guys from Uriah Heep. What a weekend for a a young rocker. One of my best memories from the 80’s :)
Wow what a great memory, thanks for sharing that! I’ll relay your story to Tony, I’m sure he’ll love that. Thank you for listening and the comment. 🤘🖤🤘
I've sat 10 feet from Tony during one of his acoustic sets while he was getting over the flu. Arguably one of the greatest vocal performances I've ever experienced. You could hear him clear as a bell over the PA System. Just Incredible.
I saw Tony live about a year and a half ago at Rocktember, he sounded great. I consider myself a little bit in the minority of TNT fans in that my favorite album is Transistor and my least favorite is Intuition. I's all great though. Thanks Tony for all of the great music. Thanks for having Tony on your show, very good interview.
Been a big fan of TNT from the beginning. Tony is one of my favorite rock singers of all times, such a great voice! He spoke of Westworld project but didn’t say anything about the the Starbreaker band so if you haven’t heard it you need to check it out. Some great material on those albums. Looking forward to hearing more from Tony and the band!
The thing about Tony is that he has never lost his integrity. He's the only person who dares to stand up against Ronni, who has one of the biggest egos around. Tony knows that Ronni is nothing without him, so every time Ronnie tries to overrule everything, Tony just tells him to go to hell. Ronnie then screams "Fine. Just get out of here! I'll find someone else" But Tony can just sit back and relax. He knows he will get a phone call from Norway when reality hits Ronni. On the other hand.. Morten "Diesel" Dahl, TNT's drummer, is a completely different ball game for Tony to deal with. The reason Tony left TNT the first time was because Diesel beat him up backstage before a show in Milan. He was tired of Tony being a diva. Back then, Diesel was a high-ranking member of the Hell's Angels. Those guys won't let anyone fu** with them. They are not very good friends but they've found a way to make it work. That's a good thing 'cos TNT is a killer band when those three guys works together. It'll be fun to see how long it will last this time😀
Tony and Ronni together is songwriting magic. I can't wait to hear the new material they are recording now.

Yes instrumentalists understand what a 3rd harmony or perfect 4th sounds like. Sonically your music blooms.
Firefly is a magical record🙋♂
SWEET JESUS!!!!
I wanna know how he ended up with Ted Poley from Danger Danger, on the Sonic Generations soundtrack…and other Sonic the Hedgehog soundtracks.
There are three GOATS in my rock n roll world
Brad Delp
Steve Perry
Tony Harnell.
Great list!
I cut my teeth on tate and Dickinson, then stumbled upon Knights..my vocal went from tate wanna be to as people called me Helium boy 🤣 Thanks Tony

I miss Morty. He’s a great player.
I just realized...I CANNOT look at Tony Harnell and not see "Jim Carrey as Jesus."
