My favorite keyboard right now is my QK100 by Qwertykeys. I own three, each one with a distinct design of their own; the fact that I own three should say everything about how much I enjoy the keyboard, its sound, and its feel.
I own almost every QK and 2/3 Neos. QK100 is decent. Mine have Xinhais + PC plate, and it sounds pretty good. My favorite in terms of sound is probably the QK65v2 and QK60.
Classic case of too much of the cost going towards surface level aesthetics and not enough going towards functionality. Honestly, even though the machining is very high quality, I just think the overall look is kind of mediocre. But that's just my personal taste. I will say though that the swappable machined risers are kinda cool. I'd like to see more keyboards that don't just use rubber stick-on pads that wear down and sometimes even peel off over time.
i love the look of this board and this was a great video! my favorite keyboard is the bakaneko60, it's an amazing board that's held up over the years against all the trends (foamfoamfoamfofammfmafmafm!!)
I just made my own keyboard so that’s needs to be my favourite. It’s name is the rising65 but there unfortunately aren’t really any informations out there about the keyboard.
Frog tkl with butter browns. Hate the knobs, no function other than being magnetic feet and adjusting the angle plus that scratch of metal on metal is like nails on a chalk board but that screwdriver is hella nice
My favourite board is the qk65, mainly because my 2 other boards are either super budget or a prebuilt. After a year of using it my taste in keyboards changed a lot and I watched a ton of high end keyboard vids, so I decided to order a Haven TKL, waiting on it rn
Love the content keep these video's up, Andy. What a beautiful keyboard... My favorite board at the moment is my Rainy 75 by Wobkey. Looking to also try out the Neo80 soon and see how that compares.
5:25 Nanometers would be pretty tough to measure, and that would be length. Newton-meters on the other hand... Fav board right now is a Realforce R3 R3HH11 sitting stealthily on the desk. P.S. 8:44 Frost Switch ^_^
great video every time you upload I always stop what I'm doing and watch it as you are always honest and you get straight to the point thanks for giving the community great vids. My favorite keyboard is the Event Horizon
My current favourite keyboard is the Cycle7. Absolute bang for the buck, really nice finishing and a joy to look at and type on. I paired mine with Akko Blue Cream V3 and pink Blossom keycaps from Novelkeys. It looks so cute on my desk xD
This board absolutely form over function. It was designed to look good but it doesn't seem like it was made to be a good keyboard. Like its probably fine but as you said there are boards that would give you a much better typing experience for 1/10th the price. Not that you can't argue that for a lot of boards but I would expect more from a $1k retail board.
My favorite keyboard i have is my Killer65 by Aeris Studios with lubed and filmed Gateron Oil Kings. The sound is pure thock and just the most smoothest feeling board in my collection.
My favourite keyboard is the tofu96, it's the only one I own😭. Been looking for a tkl for a while now but haven't quite found a perfect one I want yet.
This is pure design > function and way too expensive for no reason - in my opinion of course. I'm sure there is a market for it, but if I'm going to shell out 4 figures on a keyboard, it better feel and sound amazing. I have a collection of "budget" boards at this point and I really don't understand this keyboard in particular. It's hard to choose a favorite out of all my children, but the one board that never disappoints me is my QK100. Every config is enjoyable and I'm so glad I got it for my work keyboard. (ETA: it's currently built with a POM plate, plate & case foam, Gateron Quinn, and Keykobo Glacier)
I have a YC66 keyboard I bought off Aliexpress back in 2020 that I've done many ghetto mods on and it's my favorite since...it's my only one. What a dream to be able to compare it to a $1000 keyboard!
The Apple keyboard of customs lol. Favorite keyboard of mine is still the Mode65. Probably because I haven't invested in a higher budget keeb in a long time. Would personally want to get into using a TKL like this (maybe not as expensive) for my next goal in this hobby.
My favorite keyboard in my collection right now is the Monstargear XO K80 PC (terrible name lmao). Really love the design and it has a decent sound profile. Such a sucker for polycarbonate boards as well.
My favourite keyboard currently is the mode sonnet, it is my favourite look of the 75% considering I went from 60% to 65% and now finally 75%. Close second is my blade65
My fav keyboard that i have is polycarb alice-style keyboard called cenderawasih alice. It's my first GB, my first raffle win, and most of the parts are sourced or designed by the local MK community in Indonesia. will keep it forever.
Wowwwww this board sounds like ass even in it's best config. I don't think it looks all that great either. It looks more like a cheap prebuilt Drop keyboard to be honest. I wouldn't pay $100 for this, much less a thousand. If I was given one I wouldn't even build it lol
This is one of the ugliest designs I've ever seen on a mechanical keyboard, and comes with a completely average sound, totally worth the 1000 bucks lmao
My current favorite keyboard are my two saka68 with HMX cloud switches it sounds good one alu plate and one with brass..I like the design and engineering of this board would be a nice gift for my wife that’s more in to looks then sound.
My favourite keyboard right now that I own is Luminkey75 by CreateKeebs because of the unique and nice design and it sound great without any foam too with Gateron baby racoons.
hey andy i have a heaven 65 but the pcb has flex cut so i want a 1.6mm pcb with no flex cut and to make the sound fuller . Do you know where i could find one ?
I can appreciate the thought and effort that went into designing that board, but personally I do not like the way it looks. I don't like those round extended feet, I don't like the ridges. It is quite rare for me to dislike the look of a keyboard actually.
My only keyboard at the moment is the ducky one 2 tkl, I got it when I first became a highscooler. I am too poor to buy a new one right now because of being a university student
Tops of the feet are kinda... eww, reminds me of the effect they use on top of legs for glass tables/tv stands, cheap/tacky. The screwdriver is clean though, Sloky is one of the goats for torque tools. Also switches after assembly..? So you can't brace the sockets and risk lifting pads on the PCB, that's really bad design, yikes.
The metal on metal sounds from this board when adjusting and building hurts my soul. Scuff city.
It looks like an upside down bus. All it needs is that e-yellow. Great stream and an even greater review.

QK100 is also my favorite! It feels and sounds amazing.
@@incongruous4 I just like the keyboard that much.

I know the CNC and the design took a lot of work and effort but the side profile just looks... 3d printed
I can def see that, literally looks like layers
i love the look of this board and this was a great video!

non-keyboard designer should just stop tbh, it's always a disaster.
i'm not even entering in the giveaway

favorite? probably the zoom 75. cant live down that classic thocky sound.
I have a YC66 keyboard I bought off Aliexpress back in 2020 that I've done many ghetto mods on and it's my favorite since...it's my only one. What a dream to be able to compare it to a $1000 keyboard!
That's one pricey keyboard, wonder if it can beat my mode sixtyfive v1 (my fav keyboard rn) in sound tho
