- My Twilight dreams came true on this trip
I wasn't planning on going anywhere for Thanksgiving, but, at the last minute, I made the decision to fly up to one of my favorite places on earth... Washington🌿
After flying into Seattle, we drove up to Cape Flattery, which requires a permit that you can acquire when you get there at the Makah Tribe museum.
The road is incredibly curvey (beware if you get car sick) and you can see Canada most of the time once you get past Port Angeles (which will be the last substantial city you will pass before arriving at Forks or Cape Flattery.
The coast of Washington is ✨️magical✨️
not only Cape Flattery, but also La Push Beach which was out next stop for sunset
If you want to find hole in the rock, you'll want to go to second beach and make sure to check the tide charts and get there at low tide! Tides move fast ‼️Be Careful‼️
We stayed at a cute little airbnb in the city center of Forks and woke up to the most perfect sleepy, foggy vampire town
Then it was off to Hall of Mosses in Olympic National Park and Sol Duc falls before heading back to Seattle
This trip was short but so full of incredible sights
Hope you enjoy 🫶🏼
