Even to an English person you can hear it doesnt sound like a native French speakers' French does. It sounds less smooth and more awkward. I'm sure it's lovely to a French ear, although I was told that the French don't enjoy French spoken with an English accent. Whereas we English love to hear English spoken with a French accent.

Stephanie told the story in a vlog. The sisters are from a small French village and Isabelle went to London to be a nurse. She was a head nurse in a hospital ward before she and Derek restored two victorian homes for private nursing homes one after another. Derek was self taught as a painter and was a nurse also. Isabelle made sure he could have time to paint. Isabelle's younger sister came to live with them. Stephanie didn't say where her Uncle is from up north. Aunt, Uncle and two sons lived with Stephanie's parents, Stephanie and Gerry. So Stephanie said Amaury is like another brother. One day Stephanie should interview them for the details of how they met.😘😘😘

I swear I saw Salvias amongst the plants you pointed out. In north Texas we grow a lot of Salvia greggii. It's a prolific bloomer and pretty drought tolerant. They also come in several shades from red to pink, purple and blue. I love the ferns and heuchera too. Heuchera, aka corral bells, have both attractive foliage and pretty flowers. Your crew of gardeners and volunteers have taken great care of the grounds. What a delight!
