Ibex Encounters in Switzerland 4K

When I spontaneously chose this place, I did not have the intention to see ibexes. I knew that there were ibexes here, but my focus was more on the sunset and the full moon. When we went for an evening walk after dinner, there were dozens of ibex grazing. Big, small, mamas, the little ones and the big boss. It was just great how close the ibexes let us get to them. Rasta had to stay with his dad for safety reasons. Dog encounters with mothers can be very tricky. Enjoy these moments with me and feel how connected I felt with the wild animals at that moment.

wow the ibex comes so close to the edge of the cliffs but I guess they are use to such cliffs

I remember seeing ibex up at the top station at Gornergrat. If you looked over the wall, they were feeding on the grasses and mosses on the cliff face. It was magical!
