it’s all about port tuning, if you want the port tuned lower plug one hole.

If you want better bass, then the SVS Ultra Evolution Pinnacle Towers would be a better choice since they are rated at 24 Hz - 40kHz which. Downside is that its sensitivity is rated at 88db whereas the Arendal 1723 THX Towers are rated at a 92db sensitivity.

How many watts did you put through the 1723 towers? Maybe they “come alive” after a certain amount. I know they can handle 500 RMS
