Let’s return to our grandparents lives grew ,cooked, and ate, low chronic diseases no worries about what foods are safe and never were then taking volumes of medications. And they live to ripe old age. They enjoyed their lives contrary to people today.

How about taking niacin 3*500 mg per day. Im on blood thinner Eliquis 2*5 mg per day and also Metoprolol 1*25 mg per day.
I hear that niacin can help wirh ED. Whats your opinion ? Is it safe ?
