- The concluding part of my trip to Luton on the Midland Mainline where we continue to see plenty of services from Thameslink, East Midlands Trains and freight from DB Cargo UK and Freightliner. This has to be my favourite out of the two films from here because of the variety that I captured throughout, most notably the Pullman set passing through towards the end of the film.
My next station is Kings Sutton on the Chiltern Mainline.
You can now find me on Facebook through the group Tornado922, there you will find regular updates, videos and photos from all of my goings on throughout 2017
Another thoroughly enjoyable film Jarred, thoroughly enjoyed watching, up to the usual high standards, keep up the good work and a like from me as always
I'm glad you enjoyed watching this mate thanks very much
I love your videos. They are so entertaining and relaxing to watch. Great work!!
Thanks very much for saying so I'm glad you enjoy watching them
Thanks again for making my day
Your more than welcome thanks very much for watching
I hope we see the 700's extended to Kettering / Corby when the line finally gets it electrics. They look to accelerate at some pace! Think they'd even out pace a Meridian in the early stages.
Well from what I understand the electrification is still taking place up to Corby. From there the rest of the network will be diesel so you could very well see Thameslink extend their services to Kettering. With out right top speed the Meridian would win but certainly when it comes to acceleration the 700 would definitely be the victor
Every video stuns me. Your vids are amazing and I love them. Thanks a lot for keeping me entertained each and every day!😜
Your more than welcome and thank you for the support and encouragement I'll be sure to keep my films coming for many more years to come
Fantastic part 2
Thanks very much I'm glad you enjoyed it
STUNNING VIDEO MATE
Thanks very much for saying so I'm glad you enjoyed it
Another great video. :-) The Thameslink 700s made my day particularly the 12 coach units. Next year Thameslink 700s will travel between Brighton and Peterborough as the Thameslink Programme is complete by then. In fact Thameslink 700s could travel between Brighton and King's Lynn via the Hertford Loop and possibly as far North as Grantham or Newark from Brighton, Horsham, Gatwick Airport or Maidstone.
Syed Hoque you missed out littlehampton
700s just won't go to Grantham or Newark North gate, 1 because they are not within commuting distance of London, Newark to London calling all station would take 2 hours roughly, 2 They are called Thameslink and Newark is on the River Trent, hence the name, Newark on Trent, so I can say 700s almost certainly won't get to Grantham and certainly not Newark
enjoyed both luton video's :)
thanks very much I'm glad you did :)
Brilliant!
Thanks very much for saying so
Love it
Thanks very much for saying so
Jarred, have you seen the La Plata MO, railcam which is live on youtube, It might be in America, but it gets around 50-60 freight trains passing it in a 24 hour period, I once watched it for 9 hours straight, recommend you look it up on youtube
I've not seen any Railcams on youtube at all really I've never thought of looking at them. But there's no reason to suggest why I cant give them a go :)
