And if you have 4wd, you want the more powerful engine. A couple other options like floor and bed mats and poof. $40k truck.. Yes definitely. If you go on the trail all you see is ARB products so Toyota figured they might as well just bring it to us and get their piece of that pie. Lol ARB does make incredible products and I've had a lot of their products over the years and I've never had anything that I wasn't happy with.
Ohhhhh so excited! My current Toyota isn’t anywhere near worn out but between the new Prius and the new Tacoma hybrid I have no idea which one I want 😍😍😍😍

true story... back in the Air Force in the late 80's I had a mate from Hawaii. NOZAWA! James! He told me it was vw bugs and toyota pickups in Hawaii. I drove an 88 all the way up to about 10 years ago. Dang thing would climb a tree if you could point it that way. (moment of silence). Drive a 2013 limited now on 33's. slight lift. And she is sweet. I have been waiting patiently though because the Pros were just not getting me there.. I just had a feeling if I waited a bit.. (Lets face it, there is no rush). That they would go and bring the mother load. NOT disappointed from what i see. And looks like it was worth the wait. Meanwhile.... Chevy, Ford are scrambling to fight their way back into the market. I had a friend jump on that band wagon and bought a 100,000 dollar Ford Raptor... I took one look and said, broski, its a Ford. Put it in any wrapper you want. He was like its awesome! I said, lets see how that statement ages... wasnt three = 4 months after owning it. I asked him hey hows the Raptor? He replies, I hate it! Last issue some god awful noise was coming from inside the dash.. he called, the tech was like ugh... i know what it is and we have to tear the whole dash apart to fix it... he said, nope... im done. take the truck back. Thank you guys so much for the two door version! I own two Toyotas, now, and I believe this Tacoma will be next! I look forward to learning more about the truck soon!
I'm concerned why the Off Road was missing. Will the Off Road come with a locking diff and craw control like the current model, or is that now only available on the Trail Hunter and PRO? I have a feeling Toyota is going to put more distance between the off road and the PRO.
I just wanna know if this truck will reach over 300k miles. I just need a 4dr 6'bed with that toyota reliability. I love 4cyls but the turbo part making me think it won't last long. The tech features are nice but I don't like electronical handbrake.
Why the extracab? The access cab was better for a work truck. It is going to be annoying having to fold the seat down every time when I need to take out something in the back. They sould have kept the rear short doors that were in the Gen 2 & Gen 3.
I like tacos, but what this really has me excited for is the 4runner. I want them to copy and paste everything about the taco into the 4runner...maybe minus those god awful vertical tail lights. I would pay infinite money for a 4runner that has a nice interior (vented seats, digital guages, usb-C ports, a good infotainment center with good surround cameras) and gets at least 20-22 city. I bought an F150 powerboost hybrid and it was ungodly expensive....but I'd drop that in a heartbeat and then some for a 4runner. They're my favorite looking vehicles ever, but they are absolute dinosaurs. Wouldn't take a free one in its current iteration.

17" wheels and 4 wheels discs, not 17" (430mm) rotors. That would be even bigger that the Bugatti Chiron. I would guess with a 17" wheel that these are in the 12-13 inch range. Totally fine for a truck.
