Recovery Ride: back on the bike after a week off

I head out for my first ride after my crash. My back is still a bit tight but much better and finally pain free.

Thanks!! The weather has been awesome lately. Felt good to get back on the bike after some rehab on the back. My shoulder still needs a bit of work but it’s getting there!
