I am so happy I found this video. I was at the final step and couldn’t figure out how to keep the drawer on the track. You just saved me a frustrating drive to return the product. THANK YOU!!!
Bro, Thank you for an easy-to-watch, clear directions video. I'm about to assemble our system and this helped me to probably not have to cipher through the "enjoyable" Ikea directions! Plus, I loved hearing your "assistant" talking in the background!!
Thank you so much for your detailed tutorial on how to do this. I just bought the sliding shelves and no one on youtube has giving a detailed explanation how to install these. I was looking in the box for the last piece and then realized you are doing a drawer and I have the shelf so that piece I didn't need. Again thank you so much.
This was excellent. Really helped. For the next drawer up, do you use the first or second hole above the existing drawer. Gut tells you count 2 again like you did at the bottom but clarification would be great.
Nice video. I’ve never seen anyone hold a hammer like that, but it’s not a bad idea for people who aren’t used to using a hammer much. An additional suggestion when using a drill is to put it on the lowest torque setting so even if you overdo it, it’s less likely to cause issues.
Much appreciated, cheers mate. The instructions were awful - don't usually struggle with IKEA but I was having a bad time until I watched your video 👍👍👍
Just to let you know, you can just do the step with the white plast vit before you hook the drawer in. I just put the plast bits in, hammered them in without turning them in of course, hooked my drawer in, then just turn them over the metal bits. No hustle. Saved me trying to work in that small space ☺️
The last part which you're doing with the drawer in place can be done a lot easier before you put the drawer in the unit. With the drawer upside down, put the metal bar with the two holes on, push in the white plastic bit and leave it at a 90 degree angle. Then fix the drawer to the rails and turn the white plastic bit to lock it.
Do the drawer come out almost fully? Mine come out only 2/3 ,which is quite annoying. The same with the trowsers hanger. I'm not sure if it's possible to adjust how much you want them to pull out..cheers
I just checked for you and it seems the default drawers leave around 5-6 inches inside the wardrobe. The only reasoning I can think is to protect it from overloading and snapping from its rail. I also noticed it with the belt hanger which won't come out all of the way which I agree can feel extremely frustrating! If I find a way to alter this I'll give you a shout 😊
Good video. You didn't experience that some of your drawers didn't move as well as the others when you populated your pax wardrobe with your drawers? We mounted a pax wardrobe a few days ago, with 7 drawers on each side. Most of them slide as they should, but 1 or two of them you need to use a little bit more force to get in. I can't see there are any adjustments to be made on this either (as there are in the IKEA kitchen solutions)

@IChose2BeMe Really glad this helped 🙌 with team work, we can achieve anything!
Thank you so much for making this video!!!
I was ready to give up until I found your video.
Glad it helped! How did you get on?
Fair play to you for doing this one handed with a young one in the background! Dad power!
My man 💪 🙏
Thank you so much. I've got 12 drawers to do and this has been so helpful.

Brilliant tutorial. I have 3 drawers to do plus one with glass front so thank you.
You're very welcome! 😉
Thank you. Great video, easy to follow
Great video, really helpful thank you. Would the same method apply if there was a basket with a slightly different rail at the bottom
Absolutely! I just checked and the basket one has a similar procedure. The basket then drops in over the rails 😁 Let me know how you get on.
@@Torology Great thank you so much. I will let you know 🤞
very useful, thank you for making this video
Very helpfully bro I did the same draws before but I didn’t do the last bit so I had to go back and do that lol
So glad it helped!

You count 2 up and put into the 2nd. Hope it went well!
The project manager is getting mad there lol ( baby😂) thx for the instructions!! Amazing:)
Glad it helped E 😂 Did you manage to get it sorted in the end?
Thank you for these extremely clear instructions. I've never put anything flat pack together before and the IKEA instructions were not very clear.
You are super welcome! 👌
תודה ענקית בלעדיך לא היה אפשר להבין איך לחבר את הפלסטיקים הדפוקים האלה
Really helpful thank you 🤩

Thanks very much! Really helped me put these together and surprise my hubby that I could actually do it without his help🤣
Hey, that's what it's all about! Showing people their true power 😄 Glad it was useful!
Thank you. I needed to see the bracket part and I now know for sure that my drawers are defective
Absolute ballache trying to find out what that last plastic piece was for so came here. Thank you for this tutorial/explanation man, helped alot!
Very welcome!
I did not get those long white plastic pieces that attach the rails to the cabinet walls. Are they missing or do some models not need them?
Thank you. I gave up after 5 mins trying to make sense of the pictures before coming here so I don't waste time or break something.
I’ve built all the drawers but couldn’t understand instructions on runners until I watched your video 😍 Thank you 🙏🏽
You are very welcome 😃
Thank you, this made my life so much easier.
You're welcome! 🙏
Thank you this helped me so much. I really appreciate it
Glad you found this guide useful! 😃

Did u ever figure out how to solve the sliding issue?
For hammering the plastic “nails” I also recommend using some of the cardboard packaging as buffer so you don’t damage the drawer
Thx Bunches!
Most welcome!
Does this mean I can put drawers all the way to the top if I wanted to? Because It looks like it's got holes all the way to the top. 🤔 😅😅
Technically, yes 😂
Make sure you set the torque on your drill/driver at maximum no 8...........
