So I've been working really hard over the past 8 months building an online course that teaches you the exact steps you need to take in order to recover long-term from your chronic condition; this includes chronic digestive issues. I adopted these exact principles and I was able to significantly improve my digestion, where it now runs a lot smoother without spasming and I'm able to eat whatever I want. If you did want to reduce the frequency and severity of your symptoms once and for all and increase your energy levels in the process, make sure to check it out - unbeatableblueprint.thinkific.com
I hardly ever ever get diarrhea. Constipation is the problem. I think you've addressed everything. As a woman, I do believe that most of my problem is from my last childbirth, where the anesthesiologist was impatient and put a double dose of the drug in my spinal block, because instead of recovering in 2 hours, it took 9 for me to be able to move my legs and use them to get up. My whole colon basically shut down, and I was living like a 90 yr old in a 34 yr old body. I've also had two serious injuries to the tailbone, which affected the whole spine, up around through my ribs and sprained my sternum. If I eat perfectly, I poop perfectly, but that has just been hard to do for the last two years. Thanks for this video--it addresses everything that makes the most sense!
I don't think I have Crohn's or Colitis, as I don't have cramping and diarrhea, just constipation. I've had success eating perfectly before, so I do see I need to just get back to that. And get to my chiro more for manipulation.

Hi Chris, thanks for your enlightening videos! My 22 year old son has Down syndrome and severe learning disabilities and has been constipated from birth - he was termed a "floppy baby" - low muscle tone, hyper mobile joints and loose ligaments. He developed Scoliosis age 11, "s" shaped spine, side to side, has one leg shorter than the other due to hip rotation. He doesn't chew food well and is struggling to have bowel movements most of the time even on Movicol every day, but will have a short spell of good bm's but then goes back to struggling again. He's very bloated and gassy at the moment so have gone low fibre to see if it helps him. I have a curious question...I've noticed that some events and some people seem to get his bowels moving as if by magic. Have you come across this phenomenon (if that's the right word) at all? Thanks for your time. Julia 🙂
I am facing severe constipation every gastroentrolgist saying just eat more fibre and drink the prescribed laxative syrup. That's now improving my constipation. Is it because of intestine motility issue?
I go through both. I can be constipated during diahrea. More so I do enemas everyday to battle incontience and I can be having movments that all of a suden stop. Thanks for sharing this Evan that's super interesting to me! Just out of interest, are you aware whether the 'S' shape curve is a side-to-side one (scoliosis), or front-to-back (kyphosis/forward head posture)? It's super common for people with MS, ME, chronic fatigue syndrome, chronic pain syndrome, POTS, dysautonomia etc.. to have spinal imbalances, because posture is ultimately controlled by certain centres in the brain; and if they develop lesions, our perception of the world around us (on an unconscious level) is skewed - which could quite easily lead to a dysfunctional autonomic nervous system

As for those supplements, I've taken a few of them and didn't notice much of a difference, but super glad they're doing great things for you. It's completely up to you what you want to eat, if eating all that fibre is causing you to be slightly backed up, then you could change things up slightly.

Hey believer, this is a pretty old video of mine and I've definitely picked up some knowledge since. Sometimes I think that structural abnormalities with the positioning of the spinal cord can create an instability/precursor that can then make the individual less resilient when they eventually encounter a major stressor (infection, trauma, concussion etc..) that can ultimately be the trigger that creates functional issues within the body. Sometimes a chiropractor can help, but because there's strong link between the way the brain is firing and postural control, I believe a chiropractic neurologist would be able to more accurately identify the dysfunctional pathways that need to be addressed. I like to see the spine as a reflection of the way the brain is functioning, rather than thinking that spinal alignment itself is the cause for chronic symptoms.

Hi Steve thanks for your comment, this is an old video of mine and I totally get your point. I believe that a lot of people with faster metabolisms, might actually have hyperkinetic movement of their GI tract (too much movement) that is giving the illusion of constipation, because of the constant gut cramping and spasming; of course the wave-like motion of the intestines needs to remain in perfect synchronicity to avoid this from happening - This was what was going on in my own personal case, I thought I was experiencing constipation for a number of years until I had thorough diagnostic testing that informed me the opposite was actually occurring
You're definitely right You catch my drift, a slow metabolism and then sluggish bowel motility will come first and that will facilitate sibo. I think the point I wanted to make is that the excess bacteria being there will ferment foods and create gases which could slow intestinal peristalsis further
🙏🙏🙏 Please bow your head and say this prayer now 🙏 "Carry our prayers up to Gods throne, that the mercy of the Lord may quickly come and lay hold of the beast, the serpent of old, Satan and his demons, casting him in chains into the abyss, so that he can no longer seduce the nations. Thank you for everything CREATOR OF THE UNIVERSE, LORD GOD. Amen." But isn't sibo caused by slow motility? Not the other way round
You're definitely right You catch my drift, a slow metabolism and then sluggish bowel motility will come first and that will facilitate sibo. I think the point I wanted to make is that the excess bacteria being there will ferment foods and create gases which could slow intestinal peristalsis further
@@ChrisGascoigne1 ah I see thank you..
Chronic constipation

🙏🙏🙏 Please bow your head and say this prayer now 🙏
"Carry our prayers up to Gods throne, that
the mercy of the Lord may quickly come
and lay hold of the beast,
the serpent of old, Satan
and his demons, casting him
in chains into the abyss, so that
he can no longer seduce the nations.
Thank you for everything
CREATOR OF THE UNIVERSE,
LORD GOD. Amen."
If you can't look and remember the words, just read and pray them while you have your head bowed and your hands in front of your face 🙏☺
