This was an awesome interview. I door knocked for an alarm company for 10 years. Then switched over to real estate and sold 75 homes my first year by door knocking. When you learn where to knock, when to knock and how to knock doors … you can kill it! Loved what was talked about here on this episode ladies.

It's always good when it's done ... Great quote . Here in the United Kingdom, when door knocking, we say the "First door is the car door." In other words, get out of the car and get knockin. Those doors will not knock themselves.

What about the objection here directly from a fsbo "I'm not looking to list with a realtor. But I will be putting this in the MLS in a couple days. If you have a buyer then that's great but I am not paying 1% for someone to Put my home In the MLS, I can do that myself" what do you reply with this one?
