Hi Jackie, I love your videos! They are super inspirational to me. I’ve been in real estate for a while but never made phone calls: I live on repeat business, referrals from my clients, I ask for business to anyone I encounter. This year I want to get out my comfort zone: I went back to CrossFit, declared this a no shopping year (clothes and stuff), and just got Espresso Agent! Wish me luck with those phone calls!
If you are looking for a paid service, Espresso Agent and Vulcan7 will give you the most accurate phone numbers. You can get more information here www.salesxtraining.com/espressoagent. You can also find free resources online.
Thank you so much for this video. I've had my Real Estate license for just over a month. Closing on my first house this Friday. I have been a real estate photographer and videographer for just under 5 years. I am curious if you have any advice on how to promote myself as a photographer turned agent? Also I am completely new to my area just moved here under a year ago.
If we need 3000 numbers and at least 500 numbers a day to call, once we have dialed all 3000 numbers within 6 days, do we just expand the same area or move on to a different area and just keep the previous people in our database?
How do you get people's phone numbers? Most everyone has a cellphone and I've asked everyone HOW DO I GET PEOPLES CELL NUMBER to call them to prospect. Also, I'll need to make sure they aren't in the Do Not Call list, right? How do I do that?

Neither Espresso Agent or Vulcan 7 exist in my area. I’m in Montreal, Canada - can you please recommend me a dialer that works here, with similar features!?
I'm in Ontario with Exp Realty and our monthly fees cover a subscription to Telelisting which syncs to the National DNCL. What Brokerage are you with? Edit to add that you may need to cross reference the names with Geowarehouse, because you will get things like "A & L Smith" as the name field in Telelisting 😂
Jackie is very clear and deliberate in what she says. Easy to understand using her down swing.
What is down swing?

Hi mr. Josh, any advice on how to find first client?? Thank you
Great Job Jose. Way to stay the course, and not get discouraged
I think calling around neighborhood, could get your feet wet for expired and fsbo. I love you Jackie
Thank you :)
I tired Vulcan 7 and most of the numbers were wrong for the contacts they provided.
what are you using now?
Just curious if you can share the companies with success for the newsletter you’re referring to. Thanks!

I'm not aware of any, ask your broker. A dialer is not required. You can use Kijiji for contact information.

Jackie how do you feel about mail marketing to expireds? Please tell I’m trying to see if it would be worth it or now
Calling or door knocking produce much better results.
