Hi Sanna! Thank you always for inspiring us! I am actually Japanese, so I really enjoy looking you make Japanese food! Looks like you like kabocha so here's one of the most famous Japanese kabocha dishes. 〜kabocha no nimono〜 ・1/4 of kabocha ・2 table spoon of soy sauce ・2 tablb spoon of Mirin ・2 table spoon of Sake(kind of Japanese cooking wine) ・2 table spoon of sugar(any kind) →those are probably too salty for you so please adjust as you like 1.Put all ingredients into a pot and add water until kabocha is half covered. 2.Cook with low〜mid heat until water is gone
There's been so many times I've knocked over my smoothie, its so annoying. Love your vids because they're filled with wholesome filling and easy dishes that inspire me to cook more at home.
Sanne could you make a video with your typical shopping lists (or could someone link if she's already made one)? Would be so helpful for my next grocery run :)
The moment I heard about the wellness platform you and Sami were planning, I was so excited! I cannot tell you how much I'm so happy because I've always loved you both, and I just love how much you're yourself and down to earth! Sending much love your way, Sanne!
I tried okonomiyaki for the first time at a cafe last year. Blew me away made em last week for breakfast 👌👌👌👌👌 highly recommend everyone tries it. I topped it w.smoked salmon and a mayo based dressing
one thing i like about US is that you always find all kinds of fruits and vegetables, meanwhile here in Europe you usually find the veetable/fruits of the season...of course you can allways find exotic fruits but it feels kinda wrong because they are out of season so it's not really worth it
I’ve been wanting to add dishes from various cultures into my diet and these look super yummy!! Thanks Sanne 🥰 I was wondering if you could maybe do a video incorporating dishes from your family’s culture? That would be really fun to see ☺️
Oh jeah that would be fun! funny enough my parents barely cooked " dutch meals" , because we were always traveling so much they enjoyed food from around the world. However, the authentic Dutch Grandma apple pie is the best.
Love your work girl! This looks great and tasty. However, in order for this plan to work for someone trying to lose fat, portion sizes should be precisely measured to make sure caloric deficit is created. There are many online tools that can help you with this. I remember using dietarize when I started my weight loss journey and made some solid progress, but more importantly I adopted healthy eating habits. Cheers!!
Lol with the boys at the back at the end! May I ask if you have any snacks in between your main dishes? And if so, what they would usually be? Or do you just stick to main meals? ❤️
I always love seeing how you incorporate more veggies into simple meals like eggs! So many good ideas I'll have to go pick up that Furikake seasoning from TJ's!!
Now that I'm eating healthier, I feel way more satisfied and a lot of the cravings I had just went away. The food God created is certainly the best for our bodies.
I love seeing Japanese recipes. If you are trying to make a new one each week, maybe that would be a fun series... you making the new Japanese dish and describing how it tastes. I would love to learn some new recipes! Thanks for sharing. I love your positivity... even when you’re mad, you’re cute 😊💕
So much nutrients in Kabocha is actually on its skin, you can cook it with its skin on (steam or grill), it might take extra time but please keep the skin! 🙏🏻😊 I rarely see skinless Kabocha dish in 🇯🇵.. 💖
Ahh I felt what you were feeling when you spilled that smoothie lol. It's not just spilled milk! 😆😅 Great recipe ideas though!! Thank you! Also curious if you've ever had the Vietnamese soup dish pho before?
These are literally my favorite foods!!If this is of your interest, I have a channel as well and I made literally the exact same video a couple of days ago! Feel free to check it out 💞
I get so inspired from your respites! I have already tried many of them and I love those because I know they are always healthy! Thank you Sanne and greetings from Finland! 🥰
Hey Sanne! Hope all is well! How do you make sure incorporate veggies into meals on the go? I need help for making lunch for school, let me know if you have any tips! 💗🌟💗🌟
Hi!!! I either make crudités so cut up cucumber, red bell pepper and carrots with some hummus dip or any other dip. Also bringing an avocado is easy to because it last!
17:57 That type of vegetable pancake is actually a Korean traditional food not Japanese! :) You can find it described as Korean Pancake and Product of Korea in the back of the package! Some might think it’s not that important issue, but these days I can see cultural things become very sensitive issues, it often occurs disputations even in the official diplomatic world.😂
Hi Sanne! Je what I eats zijn altijd tof! Heb je toevallig wat recepten voor salades en oatmeal uitgeschreven? Ik wil vaker wat salades preppen voor mee naar het werk!😊

Love this video and glad to see what you ate in a week! The Japanese pancake you ate seems very Korean pancake to me as it looked no meet inside. However it's interesting to see what's available in a Japanese store in LA!
That was so cute when he immediately offered to clean up the smoothie.
