gym owner here. I went through their onboarding process and was extremely impressed. The free value they gave was many. Also did a free two week training with weekly 1on1's and group zoom calls with other gym owners where everyone would ask questions and bounce ideas/marketing strategies. I ended up not signing up but I honestly couldn't believe the free value i got from it.
@IEEteammateMATT1 2 main reasons. 1. Price and 2. Their product and service specialized for larger gyms and group fitness gyms. Mine is only 1on1 training so their growth strategies I saw weren't specific to my business. Not saying it couldn't be changed and not work. Just didn't seem like the best fit
Awesome strategy. I’ve watched Alex’s content for years, and it was transformational. I also went to the SCALE workshop, and that changed my business and my life. Hearing the podcast strategy from you put all the pieces together. Thanks, brother.
This works incredibly well. Did something similar for a data science bootcamp that had hit a wall with content marketing and traditional sales prospecting. Offered Data Science leaders at top companies in our CRM the opportunity to collab on some content or do an interview with us. Revived $13 million deal flow with one email and a follow up. Once they said yes, sales would go to work nudging them through their process. The company was acquired about two years later.
Thanks for all the value Alex! You didn’t talk about how the consultant would then share about gym launch or all the other value hormozi gave before selling the gym owners. Is there any way you can make a part 2 explaining that? That would be super helpful. Regardless, this video was great.
This is great. I’ve listened to all of Alex’s podcasts and he never talked about the cold outbound sales process, so thank you! Was there an alternative strategy for the gym owners that didn’t want to go on the podcast?
Do you do 1 on 1 calls? I am starting a premium in home service business with 3 other partners with the goal to scale and exit within 5 years. Sales is my responsibility, I have some experience but need to make that learning curve as short as possible
Hi Alex one question, are you to guy Alex is talking about some times regarding start at the bottom and work the way up? That wants all the shit leads to learn?
I can give an example based off recent experience. Since this video posted - I've gotten about 30 dm's/emails from YT editors pitching their service. Out of all the messages of people typing paragraphs to pitch me. Only one guy took 5 minutes to create a quick google doc with 5 different youtube titles I can use for my next video. I responded back immediately
In turn, it was a win-win situation for Hormozi. To get content to post while simultaneously warming up the leads through their sales process. What is the 'free value' that is provided in these calls? As you said you were fishing for their pain-points, what kind of value could you give in a stage where you know nothing about their business?
I don't know if this can help you but it comes from the high ticket sales world: without pain, there's no sale. It becomes the responsibility of the rep to dig to know the pain.
Hey Alex, I couldn’t help but notice that your RUclips thumbnail could use a little glow-up. It’s not quite doing justice to the awesome content you’re putting out there, and that’s probably affecting your CTR (click-through rate). But no worries-I’ve got you covered! I specialize in creating eye-catching thumbnails that practically beg to be clicked. Let’s work together to make sure your videos get the attention they deserve. Looking forward to helping your channel shine! Best, Spandy
Hey Alex, really nice video ! I was wondering if I could help you with more Quality Editing in your videos and also make a highly engaging Thumbnail and also help you with the overall youtube strategy and growth ! Pls let me know what do you think ?
Hey Alex, I just found your channel and its really underrated, I mean your content is absolute fire 🔥 honestly. But I noticed something in your editing that could be improved. I'm an expert video editor and graphic designer and I would like to help you out with this. How can I contact you :) ?

Bruv you are going to blow tf up.
This is the inside of business that is unheard of - because it’s not mainstream or general content
Keep this up 🙏
Alex insane value here.
Alex hormozi’s outreach process is absolutely genius.
Thanks for the video I learned a lot G
lmaoooo
What is Alex Hormozi’s outreach process you’re talking about? Could you elaborate
Thanks for all the value Alex! You didn’t talk about how the consultant would then share about gym launch or all the other value hormozi gave before selling the gym owners. Is there any way you can make a part 2 explaining that? That would be super helpful.

wow that is a very genius approach! will implement this too. Tahnks for sharing
You just gave me a lot of ideas for my business + growing my channel. Thanks bro
Fantastic insight - Give, then Ask! What a great chain. Surprised the podcast hasn't had an episode in a while.
Did the gym owners care whether GymLords had any following back then?
Now I know what Hormozi means when he says in his book that the right lead magnet changed the game for his cold outbound channel! Thank you!
I just had a breakthrough moment because of this video. Please take it down, this is great info that should be gatekept. Only kidding lol
You don't know it, but you're helping a moroccan guy here. Part 2 is needed.
Just earned a follow, so much value in this video, thank you my friend!
This is great. I’ve listened to all of Alex’s podcasts and he never talked about the cold outbound sales process, so thank you! Was there an alternative strategy for the gym owners that didn’t want to go on the podcast?

Man. I had the same idea to do it in my niche but I doubted if it’ll work
I gotta stop doubting my self :(
Loving the content Alex. How do I become good enough at setting to get hired for a great offer?
Hi Alex one question, are you to guy Alex is talking about some times regarding start at the bottom and work the way up? That wants all the shit leads to learn?
make another video on how the consultant sold them!
This is genius
What caused them to stop doing the. After June 2023? Looks like they were strong for like 1.5 years, and then paused
This is amazing bro, how could you apply something like this to cold email?
I can give an example based off recent experience. Since this video posted - I've gotten about 30 dm's/emails from YT editors pitching their service.
