Another thing to add to your arsenal is to eat only foods with single to minimal ingredients as well and when incorporating that to your diet while working out also does wonders and miracles to the body. Salute 🫡
I agree 100%. When I eat more natural foods I can see my body runs better. It makes sense to get rid of all the extra crap just eat single ingredient foods.
