The first level- red cannon section; there's an on/off switch as you're falling down. Bomb pushes it to off, try hitting that to reverse conveyor belt direction.
The pufferfish being on fire was normal, since it was in a castle level, where there’s lava. Cheep cheeps also are set on fire in lava, which prevents you from stomping them.

I think it's some sort of revamp of a really old glitch found in Mario Maker 1. You could collect clouds and go through coins. I think that's what happened to the coins. The other things? I don't know. We shall keep looking! ;D
