When I took from him. You started a timer at 7 minutes. Start in the crown in the back and work down. Then do the front sections. You have to be done in 7 minutes. Always use a cool level 8 and 20 volume. Rinse back first and then front. I usually smudge first, dry the client then highlight. Works best for me.
