I love the way you teach. ❤ I also love all of the new technology in hair. 🤓 I learned so much in a few minutes, lol. 🤓💪🏼 Or maybe relearned is better, lol. Shoutout to my instructors from the early 90’s, Mr Brown and Ms B. 💚
Thanks so much for watching! Ian has a new series called The Breakdown that you might like to check out next! ruclips.net/p/PL3R8_imBTfhGurBXQQ77OGYXAx1ZOcYcK
I get the lightening aspect, but I just don’t comprehend the coloring. If a client walks in and says they want a new color on already color treated hair do I go by their roots? Or the majority of color?
This is a great question. We would recommend formulating for each canvas. One for the new growth and one for the color treated hair. We have our 5 steps to color formulation that is a great way to help create each formula for the natural and color treated canvas's you'll be working on. Target Color - Shade to be use - The shade to be used can differ than the target shade in case of the need for neutralization. Natural Base Color - Differences between Target and Natural base color defines strength of developer lotion needed. White Hair - Identify the white hair percentage to figure out if you need to incorporate a 100% white coverage series -0, -00. Natural Warmth - If you want to go more than 2 levels lighter check if natural warmth might influence the result. Texture - If the client has very fine hair you might have to formulate a level up. The opposite is true if you have a client who has very coarse hair, formulate down a level. Hope that this helps.

Hello sir I am from Bangladesh 🇧🇩. Thank for this video. I want a video about bleaching natural black hair 101 for extreme beginners. How much we should add products mixing using timing Washing. Using vibrant colors on those hair etc . I can't find this types of videos online 😢
Great Question 💖 Lightening Hair is a big project that requires lots of technical training. We always recommend using lower strength developers, taking small sections for applications, and mixing your lightener to manufactures recommendations. 🥰 We have our in person and virtual options listed here: Thundertix (schwarzkopf-professional.com) We hope this helps 💖
