Btw, do you ever offer any work shops at your salon?
What are you thoughts on doing a Smoothing Keratin Treatment such as the "Agave Smoothing Treatment" or any other Keratin treatment on a client that has extremely damaged over lightened porous weak hair? Would it be safe and beneficial to do?
Cynthia Walsh its hard to say over the internet not knowing how damaged your hair is. i am a big fan of the keratin treatments (i use it on my hair) but its best to find a keratin expert in your area and have a consultation xoJustin
Justin Anderson Thanks so much, Its actually on a client that has come to me and I have never done a keratin treatment on a client who has damaged lightened hair. I have done an olaplex treatment already on her hair and trying to get her hair back healthy. I would say her hair has a bit of fallout after shampooing, a lot of heat damage, but the texture isn't like bubblegum but its pretty close to it.
How long has your location in Minneapolis been open for? .... I am a stylist behind the chair 3-4 days a week and teach 2 days a week in MN. If you ever would want some hairstylist friends to hang out with while your around Minneapolis, a few of us would LOVE to take you for dinner sometime! Also, do you ever do any education while you are in MN? #fangirling
