Sean and Ethan are like night and day when it comes to interviewing style. Sean is a stone cold professional that does his research exploits an awesome format to get great answers from his guests. Ethan kinda just asks awkward things or whatever's on his mind... often while interrupting his guests. I still love you Fupa King, but you better be taking notes from Sean!
You have to understand tho that they are different formats. One's an interview, and the other is a podcast. Yeah, sean makes people be comfy but still it's an interview. Its there so that people are interested in whatever that person is doing. In the H3H3 podcast the idea (I think) is, hey lets have a human chat with these people. This if done well will interest people in the person, not just their work. In the long terms the H3H3 is better for artists because if the podcast goes well, people will remember them for a long time. To this day many people can quote both of post malone's podcast. This amount of appreciation will make people check out post's work whenever it comes out. This is what I think tho
If Ethan knew everything, it wouldn't be a real conversation, in which both parts contribute information.

This is an awful interview. Sean is so easy to talk to and they make it look so hard. I feel like Ethan just tried to wing it on this episode.

@@fregus. The best podcast hosts (e.g. Joe Rogan) typically don't talk over or interrupt their guests that often, unless it's to keep the conversation on topic or to fact check. Ethan doesn't really do either.

Sean Evans and Nardwuar are the best 2 interviewers out there. Narduar is just as good at impressing guests with crazy background knowledge, but Sean MAY inch him out when it comes to illuminating who the guests actually are as people.... Though I'm sure the hot wings help with that as well. I would love to see Nardwuar as a guest on Hot Ones, but instead of the normal format, have Sean and Nardwuar interview eachother. An Interview-Off if you will lol

Ethan is so full of himself. I think he does need an intervention and intensive counceling.
He is highly methodical but has an ability to detect the little cues that prove how and when to go with the flow and not follow all the rules.

I hate how Ethan thinks he can derive a half hour from anyone just because his videos used to be so popular. Sean is right, you’re asking a lot every time you want someone to waste half an hour on RUclips. Frankly, these past few years H3H3 and the podcast are less and less interesting to me. Sucks to see Ethan has developed such an ego.

Joking but let's be real folks. this is a podcast, not an interview. They are just talking to each other, I don't think this whole interrupting business is such a big deal. If the guests have something they want to say they will say it.
