Why does Microsoft hide their support phone number? Very frustrating for customers and they are talking about this problem all over the internet. No accountability for people that need support. Plenty of messages telling customers to look up information to solve their own issues

Microsoft has been a huge fail. This feature has been far too late. Zoom and other platforms have had it for months. The ridiculous channels approach was not acceptable.

How do you create break out rooms as a visitor to a session?
So, the organizer cannot see all rooms together or speak to everybody without closing the rooms?
