    What a great video Paul!
I am considering to use MS. Team and your video has provided a great clarity.
Breakout Room is one of the consideration I am having now.
Once we assign people in Breakout Room, would it be possible to transfer them to other rooms? I mean, would it be possible to change the room and the people inside it once the meeting has started?

@@AlguskhaNalendra yes this is possible. And starting from December there will be a extra option where they can self choose to change rooms if the organizer allows it.

Do you need to assign a room or could we have people select what room they want?

@@RNRTireExpress for now the organizers need to assign everyone or automatically. In December there is a new function coming that makes it possible that the users may choose the rooms if set up

For what it's worth - and if this is the same thing as what you meant - I find the flashing in the screen transitions quite disruptive. I'm super sensitive but maybe neurodivergent viewers might have a similar experience. Content is great otherwise!
