Hi do you have any idea why Q&A doesn't work. It's toggle to on, but no matter what it won't work - it will only say "Q&A was not set up for this meeting". I've tried it in 2 different corporate accounts (my company and my partner's), but no matter what other settings, Q&A is not available before, during, or after the meeting. We're in the UK - I'm trying to work out if Microsoft haven't added that function yet but that's crazy if so as they've pretty much phased out Live Events already
Hey Ben! Could be a couple of things. Once you go live, you can't make any adjustments to the Q&A, so it's important that you do not click "Start Meeting" while testing. If that's not it, go into the Town Hall event from the Teams calendar and select "Meeting options", and scroll to "Engagement" to make sure it's on. From there, you should be able to navigate to the Q&A tab at the top (around the Chat/Files/Details section), and you can play with some settings from there. We posted a video last week on setting up the Q&A, check that one out and let us know if it helps! -Shaun
