Is there a way to send a separate invite to the attendees? so that the presenters can rehearse before the meeting actually starts. For example, I'd like to send an invite to the presenters at 12:30 for a meeting that starts at 13:00 so they rehearse before the attendees join at 13:00. Please let me know ASAP - THANKS
I do that all of the time. I create an ICS file from the link with the half hour delay and then we send that out to the attendees via a calendar invite instead of adding the attendees to the section provided within the new Town hall platform.
For Town Halls- I just communicate to the presenters to join at x time and not start the meeting until the prescribed time. Downside is that it does not create a calendar until the actual time.
Great tutorial! How were you able to see the slide as a presenter in Town Hall? When I share material, a red box appears around the slides in a separate window but won't appear in the Town Hall box. How were you able to make this happen (in the screen shots you shared)?
Thanks for your excellent summaries and examples--and for sharing all of it with those of us outside of UTD. 😊 Btw, my daughter is a proud alum of UTD. It makes sense to me that y'all would be leading the way. Go, Comets! ☄
Thank you so much for your kind words! I'm glad you find the summaries and examples helpful. It's wonderful to hear that your daughter is a proud alum of UTD. We're always striving to lead the way and make a positive impact. Go, Comets! 🚀✨
Great question! Presenters can share their screen so do have ability to put information on screen. in atown hall though, organizer or co-organizer determine which video displays to the audience.

Major draw back of townhall its better not to invite the attendees altogether. Rather create a seperate invite for them.

Are presenters able to help adjust who/what is featured on screen or is that only for organizers/co-organizers?
