Thank you for the video, Templet feature is amazing, can relate and use in my repetitive emails which I have to send on daily basis this will save a lot of time. Thanks again for the video! - Yash Thakkar
The feature that I would want the most that was mentioned in this video would have to be the embedded Forms into PowerPoint. This makes me think about a presentation I recently gave at work to some of my bosses with PowerPoint and about how it would have been super cool to have a slide with a form that populates in real time. This would have allowed me to get solid data during the presentation for me to analyze at a later time. It would also help to inform the audience during the presentation of where everyone’s head is at on the subject matter. I think it is a fascinating tool and with something as versatile as PowerPoint, the sky is the limit!
This may be an unpopular opinion but I strongly believe that the break time feature is significant during presentations. As someone who has had to present long presentations to a wide audience, no one really ever mentions the importance of taking a break. These breaks create great opportunities for networking and connecting with others, allowing us to share ideas and build relationships. It also relieves stress, making the overall experience more enjoyable. Having a feature that cues the audience to take a step back, and load in all that information reaffirms the speaker to be seen in a better light. So to reiterate, I believe the break time feature is a very important add-on and I am excited to apply it for future presentations.
The feature I would love to have the most would be My Templates for Outlook. So much of the time I have to spend writing up the same email again and again to send to other students, my professors and my boss. By having the "My Templates" feature it would free my time in sending emails and help me be more efficient for my work. No longer would I have to go to another tab and copy and paste. It would all be at the same place.
