Collaborate Using Teams Breakout Rooms a Quick Tutorial. With breakout rooms, people gather in small groups for lively conversation and brainstorming sessions.
For this video, my example will create a Meeting for a team working on multiple documents. The breakout room team will focus on the Presentation while the main team will focus on the main proposal.
Only meeting organizers on the desktop versions of Teams can create and manage breakout rooms. Organizers or presenters must first join the meeting to create or manage breakout rooms.
