    2⃣ Avoid arguments
    → If you don’t engage, they can’t force you to argue.
    3⃣ Don’t seek validation
    → Your mental health matters more than anyone else’s.
    4⃣ Don’t try to change them
    → Remember, it’s not your duty to change someone.
    5⃣ Don’t let people cross your set boundary
    → If anyone tries to cross the boundary, politely confront them.
