Then I did join as a lecturer in Pathology in a medical college on that same year but within six months I got an offer letter from Melbourne university and came in Melbourne as a MPH student on 2019 , completed MPH on 2021 then decided to back to clinical and passed AMC 1 on 2022 and also done with my English test. The world look towards prestigious exams not AMC which is substandard. It doesn't even touches feet of USMLE or MRCP exams.

You have excellent clinical experience and there is a good chance you will get into the system without AMC 1 or 2 . Extensive KSA experience will definitely but what would help immensely is if you have at least 12 of months of UK, or any other Western Country experience. Worth a try

I am a MTI trainee in gastro in the UK currently and completed all parts of MRCP with back home 3 years work experience in medicine but I am not able to configure out if I go for AMC1 and apply for jobs or go for other pathways which can gain me easy entry to speciality pathway to enter like a trainee ?
