Thank you.. Brother Getting right knowledge and awareness behind these issues so important to recover from early stages these issues can be cured fully with CBT therapy, affirmation, visualision and mindfulness Practice if you find it difficult to manage it you can take professional help like therapy but the final opt would be medication until ask your Therapist if needed but remember these issues should no't be neglected and taking as lightly just Becoz u can't see it even if you are not going through take knowledge I'm the person who faced Trauma, GAD, depression and healed myself not spread myths that this issues can't be healed that's the highlight 💯❤️🙏

Panic attacks are truly just a mental phenomenon with physiological symptoms. Furthermore we seem to attach our environment as an inducer of the attacks, for example crowds or public speaking. It’s not the environment but our thoughts about it that generates the anxiety until it’s a full fledge panic attack.
The solution I found best when I was around someone having panic attacks was DISTRACTION. I would ask questions that pushed the person to answer and when attention is successfully diverted l, it stops the panic.
He mentions we can’t measure this via blood works or heart tests (even though it may feel like a heart attack).
He also points out reducing drinks like coffee, alcohol etc that may cause anxiety can help as anxiety is a precursor to panic attacks.
I think it’s the thoughts taking over overwhelmingly that shuts the person down. The thoughts gives the person a feeling of impending doom that they don’t know how to escape or save themselves from.
Distraction is key in my experience.
To sum up, anxiety & panic attacks are a mental phenomenon noticed by physical symptoms. It’s not the environment but our thoughts about it, drinks can cause anxiety (even energy drinks) and avoiding those helps. Distraction is god in those moments.

Ocd which leads to anxiety and panic attack if you have severe OCD which I have OCD from 6,7 years it's hell.. as i have containment OCD can never think of eating out street food with that unclean hands even at home only every few hour hand wash should be then touch any food item and cook even touch a door then wash hand ...that loop whole day...if don't follow that routine then attack or anxiety you feel. So i know what he is saying as i never order Zomato or delivery eating thing. Bcz i think way too much that how he will be holding and not washed hand and if i eat if will puke so i never eat only junk or outside food delivery so I can understand the life too different now how it use to be before ocd . So ocd is also hell which leads to anxiety.
