    Not to burst your bubble here, but go to their website, click on "swarovski"and scroll down a bit..., right there in the middle it says "swarovski component" so I personally wouldn't touch anything underneath that header, but I'm talking about component packages of bicones with that square trademark on it, so I would want to see the package these are comming out first.

    I took a look at the Ebay seller you suggested and I am pleased with the prices. The store here that sells Swarovski wants $1.00 US dollar for each cube.

    ha ha!! thats right! you tell him! I am 27 now, but when I was about 20 I worked for a construction/painting company. My boss and owner of the company were very much the same way! I suppose they thought bc I am a small woman I should know to keep my mouth shut and do as I am told. well I finally told them "kiss it where the sun dont shine! " ok with a few more swear words in it I was fired lol. But I put up with it for 3 yrs. you work hard Gianna! it shows in all you do, just amazing! --Mandy

    of course but you will pay swarovski price for none swarovski beads and you would have to do the same with your customers to cut even at least. I doubt customers would be willing to pay swarovski price for non swarovski beads if you tell them the truth. :-/

    very recognizable Mandy, I guess that is what you get when you step in to a "men's" world. LOL. Yet on the other hand I couldn't imagine myself in a womans world, like a clothing shop as a sales person. I'm too honest for that, if it doesn't look good on you I will tell you hahaha. I do the same with my jewelery, but I will show you what looks better on you... :-) I don't think however it would go down well if you replaced a 100 dollar dress by a 10 dollar dress just cause it looks better :-)

    Hi I really appreciated this video. Now I have to go thru all my bicones and crystals to make sure they're swarovski. Some I can tell right away just by looking at them that they're the real deal. Also for anyone interested RIO GRANDE sells real swarovski. If not then I know not to buy from the place I bought bulk swarovski. I have a ton to go thru. My customers know I use swarovski so will make sure tha ts what they are getting if it turns out they're not I will call them just crystal beads without swarovski in the title. I really appreciate you and your tutorials. Thanks so much again for putting this together for us. I also saw as I was scrolling that you are on the cover of a B&B magazine. Congrats!!🤗🤗👏👏👏 what an honor!! Please keep the tutorials coming!! Sincerely, your new friend Melissa Doucette from Florida

    hahaha it's nice to see my honesty finally pays off. You have no idea how many times I got called to the office during these last 20 years after some big shot at some building asked me "So how do you like it here and what do you think of thour security system?" :-) My boss prefers me to keep my honesty about the subject to myself. However I always say : "If you don't want to hear it, don't even ask me". :-)

    Oh sorry to hear that Bebe, I don't think it will happen again though. Save them for the dangles on necklaces on the back or make a spring cleaning projects with them if you have a lot. Or just save them if you plan to sell jewelery with beads. I have given a lot away to customers who bought my beads who wanted one to make sure they could bring it where ever they went so they could always check.

  • @B4Pbakup
    @B4Pbakup  11 лет назад

    Well at least you can tell the difference so if you do send them right back, ad a picture of a real one and a fake one and tell them to send you back the real ones :-)

    Hi Linda, HKasiamall sells real packs clear 4mm for about 60 dollars and shipping is free. that's pretty cheap in my book, but he does ship the real deal. So cheap doesn't always mean they are fake :-)

  • @B4Pbakup
    @B4Pbakup  11 лет назад

    Could you please tell us the wording you use to find bulk Swarovski? It seems that no matter what combination I enter, I am either ending up with items made from Swarovski and loose stones.

    Hi, I just started with your videos. I just love them. I would love to be able to use the Swarovski's but they are beyond my budget for now. A local shop here sells 6mm bicones for $2.50 Australian per bead(and assuming they are the real ones). I also love the way you explain and show things. I tried a while ago to make a spiral rope bracelet that was in a seed bed book,but found myself unsure if I was actually doing it correctly. Your video on that showed me what I was unable to understand

    • @andreawellman5677

      Deepa Ajai It should be real from artbeads, the xilion refers to the cut, it's the newer cut. (I'm no expert, but I'm 99% sure.) Good luck! :)

      Not that I know off. But pearls are on strands, so maybe they did put them on there and packed them up like they do pearls now.

    Thank you so much. I neverr expect the cheap crystals I buy online to be genuine, but I bought a lot of beads from a girl that got them from an estate sale, and I think they are genuine swarovski, but older. Are the older ones not quite as sparkley as the new cut for the bicones? I bought a real back so I can check and they look right... Also, do you have any info on the cube beads? With the real swarovski does the AB coating ever look cheap? Thanks so much!

      You see, my business is in Switzerland, where they pay max prices but for max quality only. If the words "fake swarovskies" is only mentioned near it, I'll loose a lot of trust. It's not even thinkable for children's projects. I'm so glad no-one found out before me. Thanks again for giving me the knowledge to find out😘❗️

    Very informative video - thanks so much for that. I have a question thought-I bought one factory pack of 6mm Swarovski bicones from Artbeads ( Emerald ) and a few days later bought 6mm Swarovski Bicone Factory pack from HKasiamall ebay store ( Crystal AB ). Both of them have great shine and the holes look good too. When I look at them individually they do look real. But when I put them next to each other I can see that the Crystal AB visibly looks a bit bigger than the Emerald - both of them say 6mm on the package. I really dont know why the difference in size. I believe Swarovski are machine made and will be exact to size - so I really dont know . Please let me know if I am missing something. Both the packs have Swarovski written on it ( No elements written on the package ) I dont see any Swans on any of the package and at the back of both the packages it says Made in Austria www. swarovski.com/professional. I feel none of these are fake from the looks of it - but I cant figure out why the difference in the size. Thanks so much for listening! Take care... Rachana.

    • @B4Pbakup
      @B4Pbakup  9 лет назад

      +Rachana Vaidya the swarovski packages with bicones say in the top right corner Crystalized. Underneath it it will say Swarovski elements www.ebay.com/itm/360pcs-Swarovski-5328-5301-6mm-Full-Factory-PACK-Crystal-Beads-CHOOSE-COLORS-/350572276076?hash=item519fbc696c These are the real packages. These are fake swarovski packages www.ebay.com/itm/Vintage-Swarovski-5025-8mm-Crystal-Indicolite-Faceted-Round-Beads-Full-Pack-288-/221873372619?hash=item33a8aefdcb. If you have the element packages you're good, if there is a bit of a size difference it's weird but are you sure you bought the same size not by accident a 4 and a 5mm?

      +B4Pbakup - Hello. This is the one I ordered from ebay - www.ebay.com/itm/230804510142 - but the package that came looks different on the outside.
      This is what I ordered from Artbeads - www.artbeads.com/5328-em6-fp.html - and both the packages look how they look on the artbeads website. I ordered 6mm for both and even the packages say 6mm - but dont know why is the emerald smaller looking than the crystal AB. I feel they are genuine based on the shine..hoping i am right.. Thanks again for your help! Take care- Rachana

      Genuine Swarovski will never come from Asia, IMO. They are never made anywhere but Austria and were sold only through authorized retailers.
