I just recently got back into fs2020 and I've been looking for a channel teaching the complex rules and whatnot of aviation. What a gem of a channel you have, thank you so much for all the useful info you have!!
Thank you for the tutorial. Hover the mouse on the edge of the cokpit, more or less in middle to the right and when the cursor changes click on mouse, you will have a pleasant surprise to accompany you on many flights. Regards.
This mod is wonderful and had it on my PC back when it was on github. I spent an hour looking for the JPL mod a few weeks ago and could not find it. Thanks for sharing. Hope you are doing well and you're getting so close to 10,000 subscribers!
Thanks Marc - great tute as always! 😊👍🏻 Quick question if I may - in this video are you using a ground textures mod - the colours and ground markings markings seem very sharp? Thanks again!
Thank you :) It’s default, but I have the Oceania update installed, and this is a custom built airport rather than the default auto-generated, I believe.
Hey Marc. Absolutely love what you do on Flight Sim School. You share years of knowledge and experience in an easy going way that encourages and motivates me to learn and enjoy. I'll be dropping some "$Thanks" to you soon. Question: do you think that your checklists could be built into the JPlogistics EFB if someone had javascript knowledge? (able to edit the EFB.js file)
Thanks for the kind words Ken, it’s truly appreciated. That’s a great idea about having the checklist in the EFB. The funny thing is I have javascript experience (my real job is as a software developer), that said though I’m not sure my checklist is good enough in its current form, but I could definitely get it there. I may reach out to their devs to see if it’s something they’d consider.
@@FlightSimSchool In the meantime I adapted your Cessna 152 checklist to a Google sheet. I'm most definitely NOT a software developer! docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1c8dYbRfDM0erMgCfNgsb-QgMU-m7dEm1lv6sjfF9Qok/edit?usp=sharing
Mr. Good afternoon, I download the file again, when I open the simulator the Cessna 152 Taildraggert does not appear, I appreciate your kind help, very kind, cordial greetings from Bogota.
Hi, is carb and window icing simulated in this plane? How about flying through rain? In A2A Comanche you need to apply carb heat when you throttle off.
Sir, good afternoon from Bogota, please CAN YOU send me the link to download this cessna 152. through discord I don't know what it is like through DISCORD help me Thank you
Don’t worry about rudder trim if you’re just getting started; but you’ll definitely want to understand elevator trim: ruclips.net/video/_TOljadhZ4c/видео.html
@@FlightSimSchool Thanks for replying. I found out the issue. I didn't realize I needed to increase the volume for each radio, once I did that they turned on. It's never dawned on me.
Hi, thx, I download it at the instructed folder (.../LocalCache/Packages/Community) but cannot find the new aircraft in MS, restart my pc doesn't help... Do you know why?
Make sure you copied the folder itself that is in the zip file to the community folder. Also, try filtering with "152" in the airplane list to see if it comes up.
thank you for the reply, I checked it and re-intalled again, unfortunately it still doesn't comes up...The last option not done is to reinstall the MS itself...@@FlightSimSchool
The click point for the tablet is hard to find, i show it at one point in the video, it’s along the top of the instrument panel on the left side. That’s how you remove the pitot covers.
I have mine set to linear, works well with the TCA yoke I find. You could have a look in their discord server if anyone has specific recommendations for your controller.
Here's a direct download link: drive.google.com/file/d/1p-AMljTyoRahm2_FS9nhKUyTyvwHdLbO/view?usp=sharing And their discord, it's in the official-download channel: discord.gg/FcuvZZjs
And if you really want to bring this plane to life, you can get the $10 sound pack from Boris Audio Works, it adds a whole other dimension to the plane
@@FlightSimSchool ah I found out when I installed it last night. It feels amazing and thank you for your tutorial! Who knew a Mod would make me care so much about a little airplane in a simulator? Lol
@@jeremy7383I know right! Sometimes when I don't have enough time to fly a full flight i'll just jump in the 152 and do some pattern work because it feels so great

savez-vous pourquoi la fréquence en service n'a que 2 digit après le point décimal ?

I’m not sure why the taildragger wouldn’t show up. If the other models appear, that one should too. I fly the tricycle all the time anyways.

I'm not 100% sure, you might want to ask the developer in their Discord group. Here's a link to join it: discord.gg/UQ93P6um

I just cannot get the radio's to turn on. ANy way to find out if the mod is broken?
It shouldn’t be. Did you try the auto-start button on the tablet? It might turn everything on for you

Did you try the different variants to see if any of them have the click point? So the taildragger, the one with the fairings, etc?
@@FlightSimSchoolno i haven't but i will
Does anyone have the issue of the radios and autopilot not turning on??
There is a very little & subtle switch on each of the radios and autopilot that you need to toggle to turn them on. Hope that helps!
Does anyone have any tips for the sensitivity settings? Chaos on approach with it currently 😜
I have mine set to linear, works well with the TCA yoke I find. You could have a look in their discord server if anyone has specific recommendations for your controller.
Yes I’ve got the TCA side stick. I’ll check out discord. Thanks for the reply.
is this still available in 2024?
If by 2024 you mean the year 2024, then yes; if you mean flight sim 2024, your guess is as good as mine if it'll work, but it's supposed to.

do you have to change anything in the flight model files to update the flight model, or does it do it automatically?
Nope it does it all automatically
