Such a well explained video. Far from others who tell you what to do without explaining anything. Beautiful work, thank you! 👍 I see that you're not making videos anymore. That's a bummer because I'd have loved to know more about the C152 things you haven't talked about in this one.
I've been overwhelmed and left msfs, sometime back. If other instruction was as helpful as your video, maybe I would be further ahead! I'm looking forward to your other videos! Thanks.
Thank you so much for the videos. As a newbie to flight sim this is the best channel that has explained a lot of things in details andeverything is starting to makr a lot of sense. Keep up the good work, l give you a 5 ***** rating
I think the way to remove that post flight logbook screen, is under options - assistance options - user experience - "end flight when aircraft shuts down" option. Turn that off. Thanks for the great videos! Very helpful!
It's one of the best videos I have watched. I was confused at the beginning when you mentioned that trim regulates airspeed, scratching my head, but by the end, it made so much sense between pitch and throttle and the use of trim.
Thank you for this video. I bought MSFS for XBox, and surprised there really isn't any formal training for the software (most videos Ive found are bits and pieces of info).
Thank you for a really useful and informative video. When finishing your downwind approach, then right turn to base and to final you are adjusting throttle and yoke and mention adjusting the trim several times, but don't say if you are trimming the nose up or down. Enjoyed the video very much, thanks.
I already knew how to fly but came across this, excellent video- wish I saw it when I started MSFS on Xbox, you are an excellent teacher. Everything that matters, all fat trimmed- good details. Well done!
This video and your other Europe Tour Videos are very well made and interesting to watch and try to copy! But I would like you to share what the sim setup is that you use. Like What controls do you use-KB?Mouse?Joystick?Rudder?Full cockpit hardware?... What do you use to pan the view&display-again KB?Mouse?External View?Drone view? What do you use to record the videos? This is needed for me to try and fly the C152 myself, and record and replay. Thanks, keep up the great show. Ananth
Thanks! Any chance of a cross country tutorial using the nav instruments for those of us who don't have loads of time to study the fine details of real world procedures but still want to feel like we're being fairly realistic?
I am a n00b and MSFS tutorial just skims over the trim in passing. Also, with keyboard controls I find it yanks the yoke just with a single press of a either right-left-up-down key. I wish there was a way to reduce its sensitivity
Hello! My plane is just going right or left by its self it s hard to keep it aligned on taxi way or on the runway? Do you know why? Isn't that abnormal?
What you are experiencing is P-Factor, the difference between the thrust of the ascending and descending blade of the propeller. You need to use your rudder pedals with fine easy movements to keep you from going back and forth. It takes some practice. The first time I went from a single engine aircraft to a twin I was doing S’s all the way down the taxiway.
That whole having to adjust the mixture thing seems so primitive! An ECU could easily do that for the pilot, but these old design planes don't have ECUs. At least with a turbocharged plane, it isn't necessary.
Thanks for the video.. i am having a similar behavior where the plane tends to roll to the left slightly..is this due to the P-factor ? i noticed you keep correcting with aileron.. i tested this also at high altitude..killed the motor, the left roll stoped but the plane started to roll a bit to the right...
beyond P-factor, which is significant at high angle of attack, single propeller planes have their propeller turning in one direction and, following Newton's 1st and 3rd law, that means the rest of the plane will rotate in the opposite direction to maintain the same angular momentum in the whole plane-propeller system. This is why double or quad propeller planes have their propellers spinning in opposite directions to one another: to compensate their momentums and not have this affect the fusselage of the plane.
I know this is old, but It’s called P-Factor, the difference of thrust between the ascending and descending propeller blades That’s why you need to use your rudder pedals.
This is the top 3 videos I could find on how to land a plane💯
As a complete noob to aviation and flight simulating, you just gave me such a vast understanding in such a short amount of time. Thank you so much!

Hey are you making any new videos? I love these! You are fantastic at explaining everything in these!
Thank you so much for the videos. As a newbie to flight sim this is the best channel that has explained a lot of things in details andeverything is starting to makr a lot of sense. Keep up the good work, l give you a 5 ***** rating
The best and most informative I’ve watched as a new sim pilot . Ty
Flight dummy just got MS Flight Sim for christmas, trying to figure things out. This is the best vid I have so far. Thanks!
I think the way to remove that post flight logbook screen, is under options - assistance options - user experience - "end flight when aircraft shuts down" option. Turn that off.
Thanks for the great videos! Very helpful!
Extremely good. I felt that I know the controls very well after watching the entire video. Thank you.
1st time viewer.
New subscriber.
Exactly what I was looking for (in advance of PPL/CPL training).
Thank you. I'll be watching them all!🎉

Great video. Together with Squirrel you got the best flight simulator tutorials of youtube.
This is a great tutorial for beginners who knows very little, like me.
In pursuing my private pilots license and this is incredibly helpful. Just bought a msfs and a yoke. Thank you for this!
Great video - very specific and helpful. Learned a ton....Thanks for doing this....
Awesome graphics.awsome Instructions. Awesome instructor.

Thank you ❤ Much better than reading a manual!
A fantastic (and complete!) tutorial. Thank you! Love it.
Awesome video, love the Dutch accent 😊
Really enjoy your training video, I am a older pilot have not flown in a long time, getting refreshed, very helpful. How much to set up a home sim?

Will you finish your Europe Tour?
Brilliant and informative , thank you
Best video I have seen. When I use trim, it does not keep the nose level. I constantly have to tweak it. Any ideas on what I am doing wrong?
You're very good at explaining things😉👍
6:05 DO NOT turn on/pull Carb Heat knob! It will reduce the rpm and energy performance.
Great training video! Very clear, concise, and a big help. Thanks.
I only wish it had an autopilot. Are there any versions out there fitted with autopilot?
More info on trim function please
What a brilliant video!
Perfect video for that classic Dutch ‘errr.’
great videos, that have helped me a lot.
I’m so confused. Doing the msfs tutorial and it’s telling me to following a heading but I see no way to tell what my heading is with this plane.

Perhaps I missed it, but to break you push on the top of the rudder pedals
*brake 🙂
Great tutorial, thank you
Top video gozer, keep em coming👍
Very well explained!
What a great Tutorial, thank you.
Awesome video! Thanks!!!!!!!!!!
Great, very well done ... what do you use to move view inside cockpit in so precise and fast way ?
Just the keyboard cockpit camera controls and the mouse
Thanks, very useful
thank you for this amazing video

That is P factor among other factors called left turning tendencies

Ik han wel eens een complete "how to plan and fly a vfr flight" maken. Goeie suggestie!
my plane constanly pulls to the left, but yours seems to stay straight. Why?
most planes turn to the left, mine too, i'm just constantly correcting for it. Google left turning tendencies and you'll see why this happens
I know this is old, but It’s called P-Factor, the difference of thrust between the ascending and descending propeller blades That’s why you need to use your rudder pedals.
such a great video
never heard rudder called "Huururdder"
Really helpul. Thank you.
Very helpful. Thanks.
Xplane 11 or msfs, which one you prefer?
Msfs, don't even have xp11 installen anymore
@@digitalaviator5088 how about flight model and systems? Is it the same quality or would you recommend any add on aircraft for better experience?
Merci ça va vraiment m'aider.
Thanks
this videos need time stamps so people can find what they need from it
Make them 🤓
Newer airplanes dont have a "rüdder" but a "radder". 😊
Subbed.
Je bent er weer 😄 maak een discord aan! Kunnen we ff chatten ;)
ifr tutorial sometime?
yesss!
